Fabrication butt welding of carbon steel pipe using TIG/MIG process liquid penetrant (Lp) examination of root and final weld pass as per specification. As per ASME section - VIII, hydro test to 10kg/cm2 after final completion as per ASME section - V

Supply & erection of 80NB class 150 flange,material confirming to ANSI A105Gr-B and dimensioning as per ASME B16.5 with PTFE gasket and GI fasteners and installing the flanges at site.
