Composite item for Construction of Footpath along with Toe Wall comprising earthwork in excavation in all kinds of soil by mechanical/manual means in open areas and foundation trenches with dressing, ramming and disposal of surplus earth within 50 m lead; demolition of existing cement concrete (1:3:6 or richer mix) and disposal within 50 m lead; centering and shuttering for foundations, footings, columns, retaining/return walls and allied works; providing and laying PCC 1:4:8 and 1:2:4 up to plinth level; RCC 1:1.5:3 up to plinth level and RCC 1:2:4 in retaining/return walls, etc., excluding centering and shuttering; reinforcement steel (TMT Fe-500D or higher) including cutting, bending, binding and placing in position; 40 mm thick CC flooring 1:2:4 with neat cement finish; 15 mm thick cement plaster 1:4; and providing chequered finish to floors, steps and landings, complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge and as per the site condition. Footpath- Length 99 mtrs x 2.50 width, Toe Wall- 30.00 x 0.25 x 0.80 mtrs and Cover Slabs - 04 Nos. (1.80 x 1.80 mtrs).Note: The work shall further include submission of calculations and detailed design drawing with the Technical Bid. The detailed drawings shall comprise plan, elevation, sections and construction details prepared as per the site conditions and shall be duly signed and vetted by a registered engineer.The entire work shall be executed complete in all respects on a lumpsum basis.
