Median MarkerProviding and Fixing of Flexible Median Markers as per IRC 79-2019 which shall be made of combination of tough, high impact resistant molded thermoplastic body along with florescent yellow color retro-reflective type XI sheeting with minimum exposed reflective area 285 square mm and with rebound property. The reflective sheeting should confirm to Type XI Florescent Yellow sheeting as per IRC 67 2012 and ASTM D4956-11. The flexible median marker shall have overall height of minimum 180 mm, body thickness of minimum 2mm and shank depth of minimum 30mm. The retro-reflective sheeting shall be on both sides of the Flexible Median Marker and shall be edge protected with no exposed edges which will prevent edge lifting, vandalism, sheeting damage, etc. The edge of sheeting should not come out easily by putting nails, sharp objects etc. The logo of the manufacturer shall be embossed on either side of the body. The product design has to with stand all natural impacts and should not get damaged if any pedestrian stamp on top of it intentionally or unintentionally. The product should bend up to 90 degree on both sides without breakage or damage. The product shall be tested for reboundability & tensile test as per IRC 79-2019 and government lab test report shall be submitted along with tender. If somehow tender pre qualification condition do not ask for government report then the report shall be submitted to engineer-in-charge before finalization of bill. The rate shall include all materials, labour, equipments, fabrication, transportation, erection, installation and incidentals all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.as per SOR Chap-26 item No.-6

Aluminum-backed flexible prismatic SheetProviding and fixing Aluminum-backed flexible prismatic sheeting as per IRC 79-2019 consisting of yellow colored flexible prismatic sheeting with non-metallic prismatic lens as retro reflective elements and conforming to ASTM D 4956-09 Type VI specification values for reboundable sheeting. AFP sheeting shall be of 1ft width and laminated at the back with a 50 micron thick Aluminum (Al) foil with pressure sensitive adhesive and liner. AFP sheeting shall have screen printed arrow/slant line pattern in black color on top & shall not crack when tested for flexibility as per section S2.2.2 of ASTM D 4956-09. The AFP sheeting shall be applied with a neoprene contact adhesive with Polychloroprene as base & the edges of the product shall be sealed all around with a two-part epoxy based structural adhesive and shall be extremely resistant to peel-off. The AFP shall be tested from govt lab and report shall confirm to coefficient of retro reflection, Flexibility and impact resistance test as per ASTM & IRC 79-2019 & shall be submitted at the time of bidding of tender. Solar Power road marker (Solar Studs)The solar studs shall be made of Aluminium alloy and poly carbonate material which shall be absolutely weather resistant and strong enough to support a load of 13,635 kg tested in accordance with ASTM D4280. Its colour may be white , red , yellow , green or blue or combination as directed by the Engineer . Its water resistance shall meet the requirements of IP 65 in accordance with IS:12063:1987 category 2 for protection against water ingress.The dimensions of solar studs shall not be less than 100 mm X 100 mm X 10 mm . It shall have super bright LEDs so as to provide long visibility from a distance of more than 800 m. Its flashing rate shall not be less than 1 Hz . Its should be able to give the prescribed performance in the temperrature range of - 400C to +550C. Its life shall be not less than 3 Years. The rate shall include all materials, labour, equipments, fabrication, transportation, erection, installation and incidentals all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. as per SOR Chap-26 item No.16

Linear Delineator System (LDS)Supply & fixing of Linear Delineator System (LDS) panels made of Micro Prismatic Retro Reflective sheeting type XI duly laminated on thin aluminium foil to a unique corrugated shape to provide Retro Reflection across wide range of observations and external angles. Eatch LDS panel should be of nominal length of 33 inch and each ridge shall be approximately 0.34 inch high.
