(b) DIESEL ENGINE:- Diesel engine air cooled suitable for alternator of 82.5 KVA capacity considering all points for derating factor taking into account the altitude, humidity of maximum temperature of Ranikhet with the following provision :-(i) Radiatorand sound proof canopy as per latest CPCB norms and foundation etc. of capacity 82.5KVA (ii) Fly wheel(iii) Air cleaner (iv) water pump with thermostat(v) Electric starting system with the help of batteries as per manufacture\"s specification with key ignition and push button(vi) Temperature meter and oil pressure gauge(vii) Fuel tank ofmade of mild steel sheet of required capacity as per standard with inlet and out let connection, filling cap, drain valve air vent with calibrated scale on outdoor surface floor mounted with suitable angle iron support (viii) Fuel/ oil filter (ix) Battery charger as per manufacturer\"s recommendation (x) Battery maintenance free with connecting lead. | 15 | M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel,earth plate electrode 600x600mm x 6mm thick burried directly in ground verticaly (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtrs belowground level ) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtrs below normal ground level connected to galvanised strip 32x6mm as earth leadby means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron/steel all as shown in electrical plate No 3 on page 497 of MES schedule 2009 part - I connected to main switch board/main DBs/earthing test point including all necessary excavation and earth work in hard/dense soil common salt and charcoal dust mixed and packed 150mm thick all round the GI earth plate, watering pipe 20mm dia GI medium grade. GI sheet 0.63 mm thick funnel, wire gauge, 50mm thick RCC cover in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 duly reinforced with MS round bars 6mm dia @ 150c/c both ways and pit/chamber in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 with suitable lifting handleto cover, GI protection pipe 40mm dia light grade up to 7.5mtr from electrode GI pipe to be fixed with complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Earth lead beyond 7.5 mtr from electrode to earth terminal point/main switch & GI pipe light grade 40mm dia for protection against mechanical damage to lead shall be measured separately. (ii) On testing after completion if desired earth resistance is not obtained, the earthing will be redone at no extra cost. |
| 16 | Supply, install & testing of pressed GRP Panel Tank/NEERCO SMC tank of brand SINTEX, AMITEX, HP ENGINEERS as per BIS: 14399, (4x4x2m) of capacity 31200 Ltrs with HDG side supports SS-304 Bolts including HDG pedestal grillage of size 4x4x0.6m. The panel should with stand hydrostatic pressure of at least 4 times the working load. Tank shall be erected on steel /MS which must be kept at RCC base foundation at site as per manufacturer\"s specifications & design for installation at roof/ground level . Provn of holes for inlet and outlet, overflow should be made as per direction of Engr-in-charge. The tank panel must be printed with ISI logo, ISI certification number, CML number, Batch number etc.Note:- Foundation/civil work including necessary excavation, required pipe/pipe connections, PCC 1:3:6 type C-2, 40 mm aggregate in foundation, mass concrete, RCC 1:2:4 type B-1, 20mm grounded stone aggregate. MS work as in base MS frame of water storage tank using channell rates shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate by the contractor. |
