M&L Pavement quality concrete (PQC) of minimum 28 days field Flexural strength of 45Kg/ Sqcm or 4.5 Mpa, aggregate gradation as per Table 3 of IRC 15 2017, coarse aggregate of clean hard strong, dense non-porous and durable pieces of crushed stone or gravel, fine aggregates of clean natural sand or crushed stone sand or combination of both using minimum 360 kg/Cum of cement with non-circular virgin synthetic fibre of 12-18 mm length, specific gravity 134 to 1:39, UV stable, alkali resistant, with equivalent dia 15-40 micron, minimum noting temperature as 240°C and minimum tensile strength of 300 Mpa and at the rate as specified by the manufacturer PQC laid, spread and compacted with slip-form paver of adequate width including curing and tinning by Texturing cum Curing Machine complete all as specified and directed. Required surface texturing tobe done as specified in Clause 10 1 14 and Table 9 of IRC 15-2017:- Note:- (a) No price adjustment shall be applicable if excess quantity of cement than the minimum is used / approved based on mix design in the execution of work under this item. (b) Cost of admixtures, fibresto maintain and required by design mix is deemed to be included in the rate quoted.

Demolition of concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removal of debris to distance n exc 250 mtr complete all as specified and directed.

Materialandlabour for 75mm thickPCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base complete all as specified and as directed.

Materialandlabour for 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-40 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & patternlaying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 50mm sand cusioning layer for laying PCC interlocking paver block, all complete as specified.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes 100/75 mm (Salt glazed ware, AC or Reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar complete all as specified.

S&F PVC (SWR) 110mm pipe single socket in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to wall or in floors complete as specified and directed by Engr in charge.
