Cleaning the foreign material by suitable means and grinding the rail surface before and after the welding to arrive at the rail profile keeping the CMS crossing in tank filled with water.iii) Reconditioning of 52kg / 60 kg Tongue rail in situ of 1 in 81/2 turn by welding with approved quality of welding electrode Eutetic-680 Confirming to IRS M-28 as per the specification and instruction laid down in the manual of reconditioning of MM Steel points and crossings, SEJ’S 1996 issued by RDSO, Lucknow. Cleaning the foreign material by suitable means and grinding the rail surface before and after thewelding to arrive the rail profile.
