Tack coatProviding and applying tack coat using hot straight run bitumen of grade VG - 10, including heating the bitumen, spraying the bitumen with mechanically operated spray unit fitted on bitumen boiler, cleaning and preparing the existing road surface as per specifications :On bituminous surface @ 0.50 Kg / sqm

Providing and laying bituminous macadam using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder, transported to siteby tippers, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher equiped with electronic sensor to the required grade, level and alignmentand rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers as per specifications to achieve the desired compaction and density, complete asper specificatons and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.50 to 100 mm average compacted thickness with bitumenof grade VG-30 @ 3.50% (percentage by weight of totalmix) prepared in Batch Type Hot Mix Plant of 100-120 TPHcapacity.

Mastic Asphalt :Providing and laying bitumen mastic wearing course (as per specifications)with industrial bitumen of grade 85/25 conforming to IS : 702, prepared byusing mastic cooker and laid to required level and slope, including providingantiskid surface with bitumen precoated fine grained hard stone chippingof approved size at the rate of 0.005 cum per 10 sqm and at approximatespacing of 10 cm centre to centre in both directions, pressed into surfaceprotruding 1 mm to 4 mm over mastic surface, including cleaning thesurface, removal of debris etc. all complete. (Considering bitumen using10.2% as per MORTH specification).25 mm thick

Providing, laying and making kerb channel 30 cm wide and 50 mm thick with cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand:6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) over 75 mm bed of dry brick ballast 40 mm nominal size, well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand, including finishing the top smooth etc. complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Taking out existing kerb stones of all types from footpath/ central verge,including removal of mortar etc., disposal of unserviceable material to the outside the campus and resetting the same including two coats of painting as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
