Providing, laying, spreading and compacting 22.4-53 mm stone aggregates of specific size to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness 12 cm, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheels steel/vibratory roller 8-10 tones in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/binding materials to fill up the voids of coarse aggregate. Watering and compacting to required dansity.

Providing & laying 60 mm thick M-30 C.C. rubber molded coloured interlocking tiles laid over 4 cm. thick local sand including supply of all material, labor, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work (tiles shape decided by Engineer-in-charge with ISI Mark).

Providing and laying cement concrete in 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone) aggregate (20 mm nominal size) and cutting complete including cost of form work. In foundation and floors.

Finishing walls with exterior emulsion paint (Apex) of approved brand and manufactured and of required shade and undecorated wall surface to give even shade over @ 1.25 Ltr/10sqm including one coat of primer applied @ 0.75Ltr./10sqm coat curing and cost of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work for two coat.

Providing barbed iron wire fencing in three rows including fixing it to post after stretching it including labor and tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work also excluding supply of wire and excluding supply of posts.

Supply and fixing of Precast Reinforced R.C.C. benches (PFRC) ornamental benches with etc. all complete.

Stone work (machine cut edges) for wall lining etc. (veneer work) upto 10 meter height, backing filled with a grout of average 12mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) including pointing in white cement mortar 1:2 (1 white cement : 2 stone dust) with and admixture of pigment matching the stone shade: (To be secured to the backing and the sides by means of cramps and pins which shall be paid for separately) Red sand stone- exposed face fine dressed with rough backing. 30mm thick (Chapter No. 18 SI No. 1)
