| 16 | Notes contd..[aa] Provision of CCTV Camera, 3MP, 2K, made in India with Micro SD memory card storage sufficient enough to store the 24 x 7 video recording upto 1 month, housed in a stainless steel safety grill with small padlock complete fixed in lift car. | 18 | [af] Directional signs indicating the location of an accessible lift to transport persons with disabilities at all usable levels shall be provided at a location that is clearly visible from the accessible building entrance. The directional signs shall incorporate a representation of the international symbol of accessibility in compliance with Clause B-6.4.1 of NBC of India 2016.[ag] Solid cast iron blocks only shall be used for Counterweight. | 19 | Additional Notes for Ser item Nos. 2.00 & 3.00: (i) The Contractor shall upload with the documents under cover I \"Memoradum of Understanding\" (MOU) on non-judicial stamp paper of Rs. 100 with OEM of lift/ elevators which meets the QR criteria mentioned in MOU format for Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of lifts and provision of attending any defect during liability period of 02 years. format of MOU has been attached at serial page No. 139 to 148 of tender documents.(ii) The Contractor along with Lift Manufacturer/ OEM shall arrange and conduct a comprehensive presentation at Accepting officer’s premises in presence of user after bid submission end date and as per time and date decided by Accepting officer covering all points as mentioned in MOU failing which the bid will be summarily rejected and the Financial Bid shall not be opened. |
| 20 | additional notes contd..(iii) The pre-dispatch factory inspection of the complete lift shall be carried out at the manufacturer\"s premises by a rep nominated by the Accepting Officer. A report shall be prepared and submitted duly signed by authorised signatory of OEM, the contractor and the rep of the Accepting Officer and shall be approved by the Accepting Officer before dispatching the material from the manufacturer\"s factory. The contractor in liason with the manufacturer shall make all necessary arrangements for the inspection and intimate the department at least 15 days prior to the date of inspection.(iv) Comprehensive maintenance of all the lifts to be provided under this contract is also to be carried out during the defect liability period of two years. All the clauses of particular specifications applicable for Comprehensive Maintenance post defect liability period under Sch ‘A’ shall be applicable to Comprehensive Maintenance during defect liability period of 02 year also and quoted rates shall include the cost of comprehensive maintenance during defect liability period and nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. |

| 51 | Notes for Serial Item No. 29.00 above:(a) Contractor will conclude AMC for contract with OEM and copy of the agreement will be submitted to Engineer-in-Charge and GE before commencement of AMC.No payment will be made to contractor without submission of valid AMC agreement.(b) The rate quoted is deemed to be inclusive of supply and fixing of all Major and Minor Spares viz. Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronic/ LED Lights etc.,as and when required for trouble free, smooth and efficient functioning of lifts including overhauling as and when required to all mechanical parts of lifts, Rewinding of Electric Motors, repair/ maintenance of Gear Unit, repair/ maintenance of Door Drive, Controllers, Pulleys, Limit Switches, Relays etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.(c) All the safety measures including ARDs shall be ensured for serviceable condition round the clock and nothing extra shall be paid on these accounts. |
| 52 | [c] The rate quoted shall be deemed to be inclusive of testing of each lift by Licensed Lift Inspector of State Government twice in a year in every six months for worthiness of the Lift in respect of safety. Certificate issued by the Licensed Lift Inspector shall be submitted to the Engineer-in-Charge and a copy of Certificate shall be displayed in all Lift Cabins as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.[d] Monthly, Quarterly maintenance registers shall be maintained and signed by the site engineer and contractor.[e] Load testing shall be arranged by the contractor to the Lift for which repairs were carried out as and when directed by Engineer-in-Charge.[f] Necessary items required for maintaining functionality will be deemed to be included in the cost and shall be borne by the contractor till completion of comprehensive maintenance. |
