All nuts, bolts and washers shall be stainless-steel 304 or hot-dip galvanized high-tensile steel, and anchor bolts shall be stainless-steel or galvanized expansion type M10 / M12 (Hilti / Fischer / equivalent) with embedment not less than 75 mm in RCC wall. High-density neoprene antivibration pads of 10 mm thickness and hardness 60–70 ShA shall be placed below each outdoor-unit foot. Bracket shall be mounted with 5–10 mm outward slope for drainage, all cut edges sealed with zinc-rich paint, and no on-site welding after galvanizing shall be permitted. Installation shall include drilling, anchoring, hoisting, fixing, painting touch-ups, and making good of all disturbed surfaces complete in all respects as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Measurement shall be per complete bracket assembly inclusive of all fasteners, pads, and accessories. |
