| 6 | M&L for application of top wearing coat with the properties of Anti-skid, oil resistant, flexible & UV resistant coating system with the following laying methodology :- a)Application of two component Epoxy primer Notoprime 30 of Fosroc make or make as approved by GE mixed with mechanical mixer and applied on the Levelcrete surface by using sponge based epoxy roller followed bysprinkling of anti-slip grain No.2 of Fosroc make or make as approved by GE on the primed surface on wet condition for skid resistant and allow it to dry for 16-24 hours.b) Application of two component prepacked protective system of Traffic guard Intermediate coat of Fosroc make or make as approved by GE mixed with mechanical mixer and applied on the anti-skid surface by using sponge based epoxy roller and allow it to dry for 16-24 hours.c) Application of two component wearing coat, Trafficguard Wearing coarse of Fosroc make or make as approved by GE mixed with mechanical mixer and applied on the anti-skid surface by using sponge based epoxy roller and allow it to dry for 16-24 hours.Make : Epoxy primer Notoprime 30 of Fosroc or make as approved by GE. |
| 7 | M&L For fixing injection grouting nozzle of suitable size and injecting grouting material, low viscosity epoxy based grouting material conbextra EP10 or make as approved by GE into the craces with pressure of 40 PSI mechanixcally including sealing the hole completely all as specified and directed.Note :- Conbextra EP10 or make as approved by GE epoxy grouting material shall be measured and paid seperately. |

| 10 | M&L for patch repair in concrete surfaces of any depth as requiredwith shrinkage controlled polymer modified fibre reinforced cementitious patch repair mortar Renderoc SP40 of Fosroc make or make as approved by GE having a compressive strength of 45 Mpa over a coat of Nitobond SBR or make as approved by GE on the base surfaces includung taking out the old loose concrete complete all as specified and directed.Note :- 25 Kg of Renderoc SP40 bag ready to use at site by mixing with water at 4.25 Ltr per bag shall be used for patch repairs in concrete.Make : Renderoc SP40 of Fosroc or make as approved by GE. |

| 12 | M&L for preparation of construction joint grooves of size 25 mm X 20 mm, application of primer to the groove, inserting breaker rod in the groove and finally sealing the groove with Polyuretheane based flooring sealent Colpor 200 of Fosroc make or make as approved by GE and finishing complete all as specified and directed. |
| 13 | Supply & fix the mooring rings of 200mm internal dia made out of 32mm dia MS round bar and fixed to two Nos angle iron of size 150x150x12mm ,150mm long placed back to back with ahole suitable for placing 32mm mooring ring. The two 150mm long angle iron pieces along with Mooringring shall be fixed into the jetty floor concrete with 4 Nos. full threaded nuts and bolts of 20mm dia and 300mm long inserted to a depth of 200mm ,25mm dia hole drilled into the RCC berth/beam and slabs. the hole shall be cleaned and filled with lock fix chemical and 20mm bolt shall be inserted inthehole and grouted with long fix chemical. All the MS work shall be painted with two coat of coal tar epoxy paint over coat of primer. The top surface of jetty after drilling the hole shall be cleaned and applied with a two coat of coal tar epoxy paint before fixing the mooring rings complete all as specified and directed. |
