| 1 | Disconnecting submersible pump set of any type and capcity from existing water supply system by mechanical & electrical means. Taking out / uplifting unserviceable / serviceable pump set from deep borewell by disconnecting from lowering pipe line of any size manually or with the help of suitable electric driven chain pully system and re-lowering submersble pump set in the same borewell after completion of re-developing and re-connecting to make the borewell fully functional complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Note:- (i)All types of T/P required to complete the job shall be arranged by the contractor.(ii) Job will be continued round the clock as per site requirement and directed by Engr-in-Charge.(iii) Delay in job will be charged @ Rs. 500/- per hour of delay.(iv) Items required for motor connection such as PVC insulation tape, valcanised rubber / puncture tube etc shall be provided by the contarctor to complete the work and the cost of the same shall be deemed included in unit rate. No extra payment shall be made to the contractor on any account. (v) Quoted rate shall be including for transporting / shifting of Compressor, Overpumping unit and connected T&P from one site to another and installation etc. |
| 2 | M&L for packing pea gravel of size 2to 4 mm of natural shape brought direct fromriver bed and packing around the assembly of borewell incluiding filling during development upto ground level complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. |
| 3 | Re-developing of borewelll by compressed air with minimum pressure of 300 PSI and minimum 450 CFM all as specified in IS 11189-1985, para 4.3 and directed at site. Note : (i). Compressor, pump, pipe and other allied items shall be arranged by the contractor and nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. |
| 4 | Developement ofborewell by means of over pumping unit capacity not less than 28000 GPH as required to achieve permises sand free water obtained from bore well complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. |
| 5 | S&F in repair,150mm dia bore mild steel ERW (Electro Resistance Welded) pipe with flanged ends suitable for Column Pipe with 7.9 mm wall thickness including gasket, bolts and nuts for fixing and taking out of old pipes complete all specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.Note: The pipes shall be in 3.0 mtr length with flanged end at both sides suitable for column pipe for Borewell |
| 6 | S&F in repair,150 mm (6”) diavalve, reflux, with by-pass arrangementincluding necessary nuts & bolts and gasket etc for fixing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. |
| 7 | Testing of Potability of water from approved competent authority as per IS 10500 for drinking water complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. |
| 8 | Demolition of foundation of borewell of any type and size and disposing off the materials from site complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. |
| 9 | M&L for construction of borewell foundation including necessary brick work, cement concrete, plastering including Brick work around the bore well by half brick thick wall two Nos, one at a radius of 200 mm from Housing Pipe and another at a radius of 450 mm from housing pipe, depth below floor / ground level 600 mm and 300 mm above the floor / ground level incluiding 15mm thick plastering in cement mortar (1:4) on internal & external surfaces of walls complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. |
| 10 | All as per Item No 9.00 but for PCC (1:1.5:3) type A-1 (using 20 mm graded stone agreegate) for filling in between two half brick thick walls and 50mm thick coping on top of brick / PCC work incluiding finishing the surfaces even and fair complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. |
| 11 | S&F 16 Sqmm nominal cross section three core flat submersible cable, PVC insulated and sheathed multistranded copper conductor including taking out old cable by lifting of submersible pump with column pipes and lowering the same after replacing the cable complete all as specified anddirected by the Engr-in-Charge. |
| 12 | Excavation in trenches n.exc. 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc. 1.5 mtr in depth for laying submersible cable in soft / loose soil, taking out excavated material, forming bottom etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. |
| 13 | Returning filling in including, spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm thick in soft / loose soil etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. |
| 14 | Removing excavated surplus material at a distance n.exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. |
| 15 | Supply & fix submersible pump suitable for borewell and upto 11 stages not less than 09 stage including bearing, all type of bush, shaft, bowls, thrust bearing, stainless steel impeller, sleeve, sand guard, impeller lock with key, neck ring, NRV etc having discharge of 1200 LPM or 72 Cum/hr at head range 91 mtr along with suitable head reducer and tail piece for coupling with column pipe, nut, bolts etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge. | 16 | Supply & fix in repair, submersible motor of capacity 33 H.P./24.6 KW elctric driven, 415 V, 3 phase, 50 Hz with stator including PVC insulated copper winding, rotor, bearing, all type of bush, thrust plate terminal,upper and lower housing, casing of motor comprising with arrangement of directly coupled with pump cast iron body/SSalongwith submersible cable not less than 7.5 RM etccomplete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge. Make- KSB,Taxmo,Havells, C.G. or its equivalent.[ Note:- (i) Items required for motor connection such as PVC insulation tape, valcanised rubber/ puncture tube etc will be provided by the contractor to complete the work and rate as deemed to be quoted in unit rate no extra payment will be made to the contractor.] |
