| 1 | Carryout periodic maintenance of DG set capacity 63 KVA by calibration of fuel injection pump including dismantling of radiator, radiator fan, water pump assembly, air cleaner, rocker cover housing rocker, oiling and greasing to movable spare parts such as bearing etc, replacement of old defective air filter, fuel filter, oil filter, insulation cover/ asbestos rope of exhaust pipe with new and manufacturer specified air filter, fuel filter and oil filter, insulation cover/ asbestos rope of exhaust pipe tightening the screws of hose and hose pipe set, strip opening of alternator cleaning of stator and field coils, rotor assembly, and apply one coat of varnishing using ‘H’ class varnish and complete service work as required at site, re-assembling the engine/ alternator in existing position, and testing on completion installed at Rakhmuthi Mil Stn, completeall as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. | 27 | Disconnecting electric connections from alternator, capacity 63 KVA, decoupling of engine and alternator, separaing from base plate, and transporting to workshop for repairs and return back to it\"s original position after repairs including loading and unloading, by mechenical means, replacing defective spare parts with new spare parts, including any type of machine work required at site/ workshop to compete the repair including complete servicing all as required at site, re-assembling in existing position complete and testing on completion all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge Note: (a) New spare parts will be measured and paid separately as supply only under the respective items.(b) Cost of cleaning, welding, minor repair and special tools and plants required for dismantling of alternator will deemed to be included in quoted rates. |
