Conservancy and cleaning the road surface and road berms daily by sweeping including removing all debris, spillage and loose materials, chipping, scraping, removing all materials and carrying debris to suitable places immediately so as to keep the area neat and clean as directed by the Engineer-in-charge including cost of all materials, labour,T & P, hand carts, and all other incidental charges etc. complete. [Note:- The total area mentioned is the quantity proposed for two years from the date of commencement of work]. Upon award of work, the Contractor has to execute the work (either by mechanical means or manually) along with list of tools and plant, details and number of labours proposed to be deployed for the work. All registers pertaining to the work including labour records shall be maintained by the Contractor and shall be produced to the department at any time during inspection of works.(The contactor has to deploy minimum 4 No. of labours per day out of which one will be male labour)

Removing the collected silt from the open drain of various sections including clearing away the debris excavated in all type of soil, removing all grass, vegetation with roots, solid materials etc. from bottom and sides of the drain depositing all materials within a lead of 50M including cost of all materials, labour charges, T&P and all other incidental charges etc. complete as directed by department. It is proposed to clean the Drains 04operation per Year . So, the contactor has to deploy minimum 63 No. of male labours per operation.

Deployment of One number of semiskilled labour for daily supervision work of conservancy of roads, berms , Drains and buildings inside and outside security compound wall.
