Strengthening of foundation of set no 2 at Peera Garhi BPS Pump house by carrying out following work. Dismantling of pump set no 2 by disconnecting of power connections from motor, de- coupling of motor and pump, cutting of foundation bolt, dismantling of suction and delivery pipes, / special, closing of valves taking out pump motor and specials from dry sump/ pump house with the help of crane and labour and keep it at safe place of pump house.

Providing and fixing of MS blind flanged of 600 mm dia. on suction and delivery side with rubber insertion sheet nut and bolt.

Pumping out water caused by springs, tidal or river seepage, broken water mains of drains and the like. DSR 14..23

Removing of rusted base frame from the RCC foundation by cutting with gas cutter etc. and taking out of complete damage frame with the help of EOT crane to outside of pump house.

Breaking of RCC foundation by hydraulic hammer and manual labour to take out 8 no’s old existing foundation bolts and taken out malva.

Re- casting/ strengthen of RCC foundation, re-grouting new foundationbolt as per site requirement with the help of plastering and making wet layer of cement of the foundation i/c.. Shuttering etc. as required.

Making / fabrication and supply of MS base frame with antirust G.I. coating suitable for 10 MGD pump and 280 KW motor. The base frame should be made MS channel of required/ existing size of channel. vibration Pad, drilling/ machining and painting as required ( As per sample)

Supply of nut bolts washers and studs for re-fixing of pump and motor.

Supply of 50% neoprene rubber packing of suitable size as per site requirement. Make: Jyoti/ Worth SOR 22.6.1

Fixing of newly fabricated MS foundation base frame on the RCC foundation plastering/ filling the gap of RCC foundation and MS foundation after fixing of base frame with the help of SS nut as required.
