Composite item for Improvement of CC Road and Footpath in various places comprising Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grades excluding the cost of centering and shuttering, complete in all respects, including cement concrete of mix 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand Zone-III derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) and cement concrete of mix 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand Zone-III derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources), all work up to plinth level; including centering and shuttering with necessary strutting, propping, staging and removal of formwork for foundations, footings and bases of columns; providing and applying 12 mm thick cement plaster in mix 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand); and including extra for making chequers of approved pattern on cement concrete floors, steps, landings and pavements, complete as per specifications, drawings, directions of the Engineer-in-Charge and as per the site condition. Footpath- 245 mtrs x 2.50 mtrs.Note: The work shall further include submission of calculations and detailed design drawing with the Technical Bid. The detailed drawings shall comprise plan, elevation, sections and construction details prepared as per the site conditions and shall be duly signed and vetted by a registered engineer.The entire work shall be executed complete in all respects on a lumpsum basis.
