Composite item for Renovation of CC Road comprising Earthwork in excavation by mechanical or manual means in foundation trenches/drains in all kinds of soil, including dressing of sides, ramming of bottoms, lifting, disposal of surplus soil within 50 m lead; providing and refilling excavated earth in layers with watering and compaction. Providing and laying cement concrete in foundations, plinth and flooring works of specified grades (1:4:8 and 1:2:4), including cement concrete flooring 40 mm thick finished with neat cement floating coat and chequered pattern where required. Providing centering and shuttering with strutting, propping and removal of formwork for foundations, footings, columns and walls. Providing 12 mm thick cement plaster in 1:4 mix. Providing and fixing steel reinforcement (TMT Fe-500D or higher) for RCC works. Providing reinforced cement concrete work in walls and structural members above plinth level up to fifth floor in 1:1.5:3 mix, complete, excluding centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement—complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge and as per the site condition.Footpath- 85 mtrs x 1.60 mtrs, Drain- 60 x 0.23 x 0.70 mtrs, PCC Wall- 54x 0.23 x 1.50 mtrs and Slabs- 10Nos. (1.00 x 0.60 x 0.10 mtrs)Note: The work shall further include submission of calculations and detailed design drawing with the Technical Bid. The detailed drawings shall comprise plan, elevation, sections and construction details prepared as per the site conditions and shall be duly signed and vetted by a registered engineer.The entire work shall be executed complete in all respects on a lumpsum basis.
