| 1 | 100 KVA DG Set |
| 2 | Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of 100 KVA 3 Phase CPCB IV+ norms, 415 volts, 50Hz, 1500 rpm, Water Cooled, Silent Diesel Generator Set, including Acoustic Enclosures. The D.G sets shall be suitable for being overloaded up to 10% of the rated capacity for 1 hour in every 12 hours. The Engines shall include: all the standard accessories electronic governor, Fuel and lube oil filters and pumps, Water pump, Fuel tank with visual level indicators (capacity not less than 12 working hours), Batteries, Safety controls, Instrument panel, silencer, Exhaust piping. The Contractor shall provide the initial fill of HSD fuel for the fuel tank. This supply shall include additional fuel to replenish what is consumed during testing and commissioning, ensuring the tank remains topped up. The alternator shall be of standard quality and make and shall be synchronous with continuous operation at 1500 rpm generating 415 volts at 0.8 pf (lag) suitable for 50Hz Three phase, Four Wire System. The alternator shall be brushless, self-excited and self-regulated with an AVR and as per IS: 4722 Standards. The Alternator shall have separate exciters with IP-23 protection and class \"H\" insulation. The Dg Set shall have Acoustic Enclosure, fabricated from high quality sheet steel of minimum 2 mm thickness finished with powder coating shall be of weather proof construction, designed to reduce noise by 75 dB at 1 m distance (As per latest CPCB IV+ norms). The enclosure shall be provided with a forced ventilation system to restrict the temperature rise within the enclosure to permissible limits. The generator Simple Control panel should be of indoor type mounted inside the canopy, dust and vermin proof in sheet steel construction. The panel shall have doors at the front and at the back for proper maintenance the panel shall have steel channel fabricated kick plate and bolted type cable gland fitted at the bottom. The panel shall be constructed from 2mm thick sheet steel. All the joints shall have proper gaskets. Monitoring and control devices shall be housed on the front door. The DG Set shall be provided with PCC (Power Command Control), Auto Load Sharing and interface with PC & PLC mounted in Lt panel for ACB switching and auto load Sensing including communication card, Network gateway software as required and all other accessories as per specifications. The control panel shall be electronic type with all safety controls of the D G Set. The panel shall have suitable provision for incoming and outgoing cable connections. The DG set shall be mounted on a fabricated rigid common base frame with GERB make resilient anti-vibration mountings to provide 98% vibration isolation. The DG Sets shall be supplied with a suitable rating battery charger.Engine Make: Kirloskar/Cummins/Caterpillar/Mahindra/Baudouin.Alternator Make: Kirloskar / Stamford / Crompton / Caterpillar/ Bosch / Wilson/ Denso/Baudouin. DG Set and accessories shall carry a warranty of 24 months after successful handover to the Department. |
| 3 | Earthing of DG Set: -Supplying and fixing of maintenance-free chemical earthing system with GI electrode of size 3.0 m long, 50 mm diameter, hot dip galvanized to 80 microns, with terminal arrangement on top including copper strip/lug for termination. The electrode shall be surrounded with backfill compound (BFC) like bentonite/graphite compound in a bore hole of 100 mm to 150 mm diameter. The complete system shall have a resistance of less than 1 ohm when tested. It shall be installed complete with watering arrangement, PVC cap, funnel, and masonry chamber with CI cover of appropriate size. -------Four (04) No’s. Earth resistance to be maintained below 1 Ω and tested using clamp-type earth tester after installation |

| 8 | Supplying and laying of 120 mm dia (OD-120 mm & ID-103 mm nominal) size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc.direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required. |
| 9 | Providing, fixing, testing and commissioning of wall-mounted 300A aluminium busbar chamber, IP54, made of 16 SWG CRCA sheet with powder coating, fitted with aluminium busbars (min. 50×6 mm per phase) as per IS 5082, complete with neutral and earth bars, SMC supports, colour coding, shrouding, terminations, hardware and testing as per IEC 61439, as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
