| 3 | M&L for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B0 (Using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in bed plate/roof kerb/PCC padding and haunching etc all as specified and directed by Engr in ChargeNote : PCC shall be laid in slope and thickness shall be average(minimum average thickness 25mm or as per site requirement for maintaining the slope) as per site including filling in depression by providing concrete bench marks for maintaining th perfect slope to drain out the rain water as directed.Note : No hand mixing is allowed, mixing shall be at ground floor and mixed materials deposited on roofManually/ mechanically to achieve the proper strength and workmanship. |
| 4 | Material and labour for 15mm thick cement plalster in CM 1:4 over wall / concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement mixed with and including water proofing compound @ 0.12 ltr per bag of cement or as per manufacturer instruction , including taking down old cement plaster, complete all as specified and directed.. NOTE:-The quoted rate isdeemed tobe inclusive oftaking down plaster & removal of debris out side MD land & WPC ). |
| 5 | M&L for rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:3 on concrete surfaces mixed with water proofing compound @ 0.12 ltr per bag of cement or as per manufacturer instruction and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement. Note:- (Supply only water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately).Complete all as specified and directed. |
| 6 | Material and labour for repair to RCC structure using micro concrete all as per manufacturer\"s instructions, as described below complete all as specified and as directed :-(a) Chipping off existing loose and damaged/cracked/plaster surfaces at location decided by Engineer-in-Charge to depth not exceeding 100 mm using pneumatic tools or with chiseling & wire brushes, descale the exposed surfaces of reinforcement with wire brushes, removing all loose rust scales from rebar blowing all loose dust with blower and washing concrete surfaces. A coat of alkali rust converting primer shall be applied on the reinforcement bars.(b) Welding additional reinforcement bars where dis of existing bar is found reduced than specified limit as directed. (Reinforcement bbars shall be measured and paid separately.(c) Applying a coat of anti corrosive protective coating on both old & new reinforcement bars surfaces as per manufacturer\"s instructions.(d) Applying a coat of epoxy resin concrete bonding agent to exposed concrete surfaces and rebars.(e) Providing polymer modified Cement Mortar in specified composition for complying manufacturer\"s instructions (thickness varies from 25 mm to 100 mm)NOTES:-(i) The cost for necessary scaffolding & formwork shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate.(ii) The work shall be carried out upto G+4 floors |
| 7 | M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of wall / ceiling / chajja by scrapping with mechanical trucare wall sander : L-01/H-01 (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 80 Grit having dia of 7\"/9\" to make the surface free from dust, loose paint etc. or equivalent makes viz Xpress sanding machine having suction vaccum bag or by manual scrapping tools where mechanical removal is not possible and filling cracks, holes etccomplete by skilled labour complete all as directed.Note : After Completion of Removalexisting surface Approved of Engr -in- charge and GE shall be Taken before appling further finshing . |
| 8 | M&L for preparation of old plastered surfaces of walls/ceiling/chajja and applying two coats of weather proof exterior emulsion paint over and including a coat of priming coat of exterior cement base primer as per manufacturer\"s instruction complete all as specified and directed.Note : (i) The painting shall be done with fully automatic airless spray machine with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI, by allowing 6-8 hrs to dry the surface for painting of subsequent coats of paint.(ii) Rate quoted shall be deemed to be included for scaffolding up to15 mtr height building. |

| 10 | Taking down carefully existing bitumen tarfelt including plastering upto 15mm thick cleaning the surface and make free of dirt, foreign particles, laitance followed by grinding all protrusions to make surface modulated and removingall foreign materials / Bituminous primer completely , cleaning and washing the existing surface of roof/slab, terraces including flashings and junctions of parapets/kerb walls etc and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.Note : (i) Contractor will not throw the debris and suitable arrangements shall be made to take down the materials from roof.(ii)Removing of the rubbish to a distance outside MoD land shall be at own arrangement of Contractor. |
| 11 | Material and labour for cleaning the newly plastered surfaces thoroughly with wire brushes and providing water proofing treatment complete all as specified as under :- (a) Prepare surface by removing all laitance, foreign matter, dirt, oil, grease and loose particles.(b) All existing cracks and expansion joints. if any, shall be treated with PU range of polyurethane sealant.(c) Provide 75mmx75mm coving at H-V junctions if any using acrylic polymer modified mortar as bond coat.(d)Apply two coats of PU polyurethane based clear primer @ 8 to 10 sqm/ltr per coat on well prepared substrate covering entire area uniformly.(e) Apply polyurethane based high tensile strength elastomeric waterproofing liquid membrane coating in two coats by roller/airless spray @ 0.75Kg/sqm per coat. second coat is applied perpendicular to first dried coat (first coat is allowed to dry for 12 to 24 hours before proceeding for second coat) Note - Rate includes disconnecting and connecting back Water Tank. |
