Engaging technical staff as mentioned in the Scope of work of the tender document for day to day maintenance of 11 KV substation installations, internal /external electrical installations as mentioned in the list, operation of water supply pump, D.G sets, Lift etc. including cleaning consumable materials with Insulation and Earth resistance testing once in a year etc. all complete. The rate shall be inclusive of wages, EPF, ESI, EDLI, service charge and any other Chargesapplicable.
