The switchgear panel shall be made up of CRCA sheet steel duly powder coated or equivalant not less than 2.5mm thick for load bearing section and not less than 2 mm thickness for non-load bearing and shall be totally dust and vermin proof.(a) Continous current rating minimum-630A. (b) Short circuit withstand current minimum 25 KA for 1 Sec. (c) Operating Mechanism of the VCB are suitable for 10000 Mechanical Operations (d) CT Ratio should be 400-200/5-5, core 1: Class 1 ,15 VA Core 2: 5P10. 15VA burden (e) Cast resin drawout type potential transformer 11 KV/V3/110V/V3/110V/3, 100 VA , CI 0.5 (f) Protection arrangements for the breaker shall comprise of the following:- (i) Each of the incomer switchgear units shall be provided with Directional over current (67) and earth fault (67N) protection. In addition, this relay shall also provide over voltage (59), under voltage (27) & NDR (59N) function. The over voltage element shall have setting of 100 to 200% in steps of 1% and under voltage element shall have setting of 30 to 90% in steps of 1%. Alongwith over current (50/51) and earth fault (50N/51N) protection, the relay should have breaker failure (50BF), negative sequence overcurrent (46), broken conductor (46BC), and inrush blocking (68) functions. The main protection relays should be SCADA compatible with IEC 61850 Edition 2 on 2 nos. FO ports. Relay should generate GOOSE message as per IEC 61850 standard for interlocking and also ensure interoperability with third party relays. (g) Master Trip Relay (h) TCS Relay (j) The following meters, indications and acessories are to be provided with the panel. (i) Digital Volt Meter/Ammeter with built in selector switch (k) Necessary DC Supply with powerpack, healthy indication lamp & switch. (l) Multi-function meter. (m) Control:- (i) TNC (Trip, Neutral & Close) breaker control switch with indicating arrangement. (ii) Local/remote selector switch for breaker open/close operations. (n) VCB Panels should be Manufactured, designed & supplied by OEM only.VCB Panels from the System houses are not acceptable. All the main components like VCB/Relays/VI should be of same manufacturer.Vacuum interrupter shall be of OEM Make only. VCBs should be supplied with Vacuum interrupter with which Type Testing is done.The offered panels shall be tested for IAC level of 25KA for 0.1 Sec. VCBs should be Type Tested for E2/C2/M2 Class. All type test should be as per as per IEC 62271-100-2021 & IEC 62271-200-2021. |
