E-029:-02 in nos pinching bolt arrangement on Port and Stbd side near jacking tool (drive end) of Stbd Main Engine is needed for adjustment of radial alignment of SME with gearbox by welding of aluminium plate on the gudder plate along with pinching bolt arrangement through local trader as recommended by PAC firm M/s YMPL Mumbi, (Dimension of plate 100mm x200mm , Thickness 20 mm, Bolt size –M20, No of bolts-02, No of plate- 02. All inway jobs are included.

H-025: Following job to be undertaken:-1. 05 in no. roller of Gemini ramp is uprooted from base. Defect to be rectified by welding. Mat – MS2. in no. roller of Gemini ramp is uprooted from. Defect to be rectified by welding. Mat – MS. 3. Fixed railing at quarter deck is p=uprooted from base. Defect to rectified by welding. Mat – AL 4. 01 in no. fresh water tap elbow alongwith nipple broken view corrosion. Same to be renewed as per sample. Mat - MS

E-58:- All SV mount of Port Me is required to be readjustment by PAC firm M/s YMPL, Mumbai. Following inway jobs are required to be carried out through local firm for readjustment of SV mount as per recommendation by PAC firm:- 1. Chequered plate platforms & angles near the engine needs to be cut & welded back and new chequered plate to be fitted (if required) for getting access to the work location. 2. For SV mount renewal plates need to be welded near the engine base for jacking up the engine. 3. All such inway jobs like welding/cutting jobs, removal of lagging for disconnection of exhaust bellow & re-lagging of exhaust bellows post fitment and system to be proved satisfactory operation.
