Providing and laying 55 mm thick DBM layer, precoated stone aggregate physical requirements/grading/mix composition as per Table - 500-8/9/10 respectively of MORT&H specifications for road and bridge works (Vth revision-2013) with 4.5% asphalt VG-30 penetration grade as per MoRT&H data book and rolled to the required specification.

Providing and laying 40 mm thick BC on Dense bituminous concrete layer with precoated stone chips grading confirming to Table:500-17 and mix satisfying the physical requirementt of table 500-16 of MORT&H specifications(Vth revision-2013), mixed with 5.2% binder asphalt VG-30penetration grade by weight of total mix and 2% cement by weight of mix ( for filler) all as specified as per MoRT&H specification.

Correction Work with Providing and laying 50 mm thick compacted BM layer and precoated stone aggregate physical requirements/grading per Table:500-6 & 7 of MORT&H specifications for Road and Bridge Works(Vth revision-2013) mixed with 3.4% by weight of total mix as binder asphalt VG-30 penetration grade as per MoRT&H data book and rolled to the required specification.

Providing and applying prime coat as all specified inparticular specifications using Bitumen Emulsion at the rate of 7.5 Kg /10 sqm as per Clause No. 502 of MORT&H specification for road and bridge work (Vth revision-2013)
