| 4 | M&L for laying bituminous premix semidense asphaltic concrete 40mm thick (consolidated thickness) with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix, using paving bitumen of VG-30 grade, mixed in computerised Hot Mix Plant and spread by means of self propelled Mechanical Paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient by using mechanical power road rolled 8 to 10 tonne capacity all as specified and directed.NOTE :- (i) The mix design shall be got done from approved lab and got approved from GE before commencement of work.(ii) In the event of variation in the mix design in the percentage of the binder content on minus side, the difference in quantity of binder content will be adjusted through supply only rate of Rs 36.0 per Kg of grade of VG-30 bitumen. However no adjustement shall be applicable is excess quantity of binder content is used/approved in the execution of work under this item. |
