| 12 | M & L for Earthing complete all shown as electrical plate No -03 of MES Sch part -I as specified with testing and as directed including the following.(i) Galvanised steel earth plate of size 60x60cmx6mm thick burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not laess than 2.25 mtr below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.50 metres below ground level.(ii) Earth plate surrounded by and packed with charcoal and common salt in alternative layers( n.exc 15 cms each layer).(iii) 32x6mm G I strip from earth plate to test point including necessary GI bolts, nuts, check nut, washers & thimbles etc.(iv) 20mm bore, medium grade, GI pipe for watering including GI funnel and wire mesh. Pipe shall be provided vertically upto top level of earth pit and then taken horizontaly to the earth pit. (v) 40 mm dia bore G. I. light grade pipe for protection of GI strip. (vi) Cement concrete chamber of PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate. The chamber shall be constructed one metre away from edge of earth pit. (vii) 50mm thick precast cover of cement concrete(1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate and MS angle iron 50x50x6mm frame including two coats of synthetic enamel painting over a coat of red oxide to exposed steel surfaces with suitable handle to lift the cover. (viii) Excavation in soft/loose soil, returning filling & removal of surplus soil to a distance of 50m as directed. |
| 13 | Labour for disconnecting Existing HT cable of95 sqmm to 185 sqmmsize from structure/pole/transformer /VCB for finding fault, M&L for defect rectification HT cable laid in trenches or any location by loacting fault with the help of electronic fault machine comprising of surge generator pulse, ECHO fault locator with high frequency distance calculator etc. The entire repair work to be completed with in 12 hours of instruction fromengrr-in-charge as specified. Note:-(i) fault locating with electronic fault locator, excavation and earth work, disconnecting and reconnecting both end of cable, relaying of sand and protective cable covers are deemed to be included in the quioted rate all as specified and directed byengrr-in-charge (ii) joint kit will be measured seperately in appropriate item in this schedule |
| 14 | Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 11 kV, 630 Amp, 3 Pole, Outdoor Type Load Break Switch (LBS) with earth switch ,manually operated gang mechanism, suitable for breaking load current under normal service conditions, complete with insulators, arcing horns, operating mechanism, earth blades, padlocking arrangement and all other necessary accessories for safe and efficient operation ,The LBS shall be mounted on hot dip galvanized steel support structure duly fabricated with base frame, operating pipe, crank and handle, including providing and casting of cement concrete foundation in 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as per manufacurer recomedation with necessary excavation, formwork, curing and finishing smooth, including grouting of bolts and painting of steel structure with two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed byengrineer-in-Charge. |
| 15 | M&L for establishment of Back-feed arrangements /configuration at Suratgarh MAFIsite for providing standby power supply from 750 KVA DG at PS-I substnto PS-II substn throughexisting Transformer 750 KVA (at PS-I) /existing VCB (PS-I & PS-II) involvestesting and restoration process to ensure reliable performance and accurate voltage/power regulation . The scope includes the following :-Note :- (i) For De-commissioning, Re-commissioning, Testing, Cabling, Wiring, Interlocking, Re-arrangements of switchgears, programming, testing and Establishing of Back feed are included in thsi job.(ii) The above work shall be carried out by the authorised manufacturer and rate for the same are included in this item.
