| 18 | M&L for preparation of new plastered/decorated wall surfaces and applying two coats of acrylic emulsion exterior grade paint over a coat of primer, including necessary scaffolding and safety measures as required etc., complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 19 | M&L for providing 15 mm thick rendering over roof slab in cement mortar 1:3 mixed with waterproofing compound @ 1% (or as per manufacturer’s instructions, whichever is higher) by weight of cement, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed. |
| 20 | M&L for waterproofing treatment by applying oil bound bitumen primer having density 0.87–0.89 kg/litre @ 0.40 litre/sqm, providing and laying APP modified waterproofing membrane weighing not less than 3.50 kg/sqm of approved make, including minimum 10 cm side lap and 15 cm end lap, laid and pasted with blue flame torching application, and finally finishing with two coats of solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.1 kg/sqm, complete all as specified and directed. |
