The item includes applying epoxy primer @ 0.15Kg/Sqmand a geotextile of 40 GSM to be applied over first coat while first coat is still wet,complete as per manufacturer\"s instructions complete all as specified and directed.Note:1. The contractor shall submit a gurantee of 10 years from the date of completion of work for waterproofing treatment alongwith manufacturer\"s gurantee. The amount of Rs. 40 ( Forty ) per Sqm and min of Rs. 4000/- for waterproofing treatment shall be withheld from contractor\"s final bill till the expiry of gurantee period. The contractor at his own option may furnish fix deposit receipt pledged in favour of GE(I) Kanpur against guarantee money. 2. The water proofing shall be carried out by authorised applicator of manufacturer. The name of applicator shall be got approved from GE before commencement of work. |
