| 10 | Plastering the Brick work 15 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:5 (Plastering Sand (P-Sand)) (One cement, five Plastering Sand (P-Sand)) for all faces of walls (even and uneven) in all floors upto full height of the building including necessary scaffolding, racking of masonry joints, cleaning, curing etc., complete complying with AISS andas directed by the departmental officers. |
| 11 | Supplying and fixing in position of best Indian make heavy duty Gun Metal Gate Valve at 65mm dia. of approved quality including all materials, labour etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers. |
| 12 | Providing and laying approved quality of Cuddapah stone of size 25mm thick over the brick wall and wherever required. The rate inclusive of cost of Cuddapah slab, all materials, labour charges & conveyance etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers. |
| 13 | Applying One coat of Alkali Resistant Primer and Two coats of ACE - Exterior Emulsion Paint of approved colour and quality over the New wall surface in all floors to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings andother foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand paperes smooth including all materials, labour, brushes, scaffolding, etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers. |
