| 17 | Providing and fixing UPVC (Unplasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) louvered ventilators of approved make and quality, manufactured from multi-chambered UPVC profiles having minimum wall thickness of 2 mm, with outer frame size 60 mm × 58 mm and shutter profile size 60 mm × 78 mm, both profiles reinforced with 1 mm thick GI reinforcement with minimum 125 GSM zinc coating, fully corrosion-free. The ventilators shall be provided with EPDM rubber gaskets (black colour) all around the frame and shutter edges. | 18 | Providing and fixing 35 mm thick factory-made pre-laminated ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) door shutters of approved make and design, moulded in different patterns, complete with all fittings and accessories. The door shutter shall consist of an all-round frame made of waterproof solid foam PVC bars of size 20 mm × 32 mm, reinforced with 32 mm × 32 mm LVL (Laminated Veneer Lumber) vertical members (2 Nos.). The core shall be of 32 mm thick high-density craft paper honeycomb board, sandwiched on both sides with 1.5 mm thick pre-laminated ABS sheets, and finished with 0.45 mm thick PVC edge banding on the vertical sides. The shutter and frame shall be fabricated using 19 gauge, 19 mm MS square tubes for styles and outer frames, and 15 mm MS square tubes for top rail, lock rail and bottom rail. The steel members shall be fully covered with 5 mm thick solid PVC sheets. The shutter panelling shall be made of 5 mm thick solid PVC sheets, rigidly fixed in position. The overall size of styles shall be 50 mm × 30 mm, the overall size of top rail, lock rail and bottom rail shall be 75 mm × 30 mm, and the overall size of frames shall be 50 mm × 45 mm, provided with suitable rebate for housing the shutter.
