Providing and laying in cement concrete 1:6:12 (1cement : 6 fine sand : 12 graded brick aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete, including cost of formwork in foundation and floors.

Class-150 brick work in 1:4 cement and coarse send in foundation including supply of all materails labour and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work.

12mm thick cement plaster in single coat on fair side of single or half brick wall for interior plastering upto floor two level including internal 1 cement : 4 fine sand etc. all comp work

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness of 1mm, of approved brand and manufacturer over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth including cost of material, labour T&P etc all complete.

Finishing walls with two coat of acrylic smooth exterior water proofing paint of approved make and quality on new work with two coat to give etc. all comp work

Providing and laying in cement concrete 1:2:4 of not less than stength of m-150 (stone balast 40, 20mm stone normal size and 4cm sotne ballast etc. all comp work

Mild steel or iron work of small size and section such as holding down bolts, hold fast, tie rods, grating etc, (when not included in an overall rates) wrought to required shape as necessary for bending etc including supply of steel and its wastage including cost of bolt nuts if required for and welding, grinding and making holes as equired for completion of work. (Fabrication of Grill/stairs case railing)
