| 1 | Providing and applying antifungal and antibacterial interior paint on the walls and ceiling of approved make and shade. Application of the paint shall be done by thorough surface preparation by cleaning, scraping, sanding and removal of existing loose paint, dirt, grease, fungus, algae, and other contaminants from the surface by scraping. After cleaning all cracks shall be filled with expandable crack filler as per OEM specifications and making surface smooth for application of PTC.1. Providing and applying minimum 1 coat of Pre-treatment Coat (PTC) to all surfaces to eliminate the existing fungal growth. Approved proportion shall as prescribed by the OEM.2. Providing and applying minimum 1 coat of Interior Base coat Primer with OEM approved water dilution adding PTC as per OEM specifications into the primer. Allow the surface to dry completely.3. Providing and applying even shade of minimum 2 coats of interior grade water based emulsion paint of antifungal and antibacterial property and to be applied by using a roller or brush.4. A final coat of silicon based clear coat with antifungal property shall be done over the paint.5. Bidder shall ensuring a minimum gap prescribed by OEM between in each coat.Quoted rate shall be including cost of materials, labour, tools & plants, scaffolding, Surface preparation, primer, fungicidal treatment, All leads, lifts, taxes ( GST extra ), royalties, etc complete. Nothing extra shall be paid extra. Actual area painted at site shall be measured for the payments. Bidder shall submit minimum 3 years warranty from OEM for film integrity and colour intactness. All the coats shall be from same OEM. Bidder shall obtain prior approval of Engineer In-charge for methodology before actual starting the work. Approved Makes : Dulux/Asian/Nerolac. BIDDER TO QUOTE RATES WITHOUT GST , GST SHALL BE PAID SEPERATLY AS PER PREVELLING RATES. |
| 2 | Removing dry or oil-bound distemper, Acrylic paint, putty, waterproof cement paint, and similar coatings by scraping and sandpapering, and preparing the surface smooth, including necessary repairs to scratches, cracks by opening cracks and filling expandable joint filler as approved by OEM, etc. Complete. The quoted rate shall include cleaning of the site and floors, and disposal of debris within the campus at an approved location. Actual area of scraping work done at site shall be measured for the payments. |
| 3 | Providing and applying one uniform coat of Pre-Treatment Coat (PTC) in accordance with OEM specifications, to address the existing fungal growth and to provide preventive protection against future microbial growth on the surface. Actual area of coating done at site shall be measured for the payments. |
| 4 | Providing and applying Acrylic putty of minimum average thickness 2 mm to achieve even surface, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the existing wall surface after application of PTC and prepare the surface even and smooth complete. Acrylic putty shall be as per OEM specifications.Actual area of acrylic putty work at site shall be measured for the payments. |
| 5 | Providing and applying interior basecoat of primer , one coat on the wall, primer shall be applied as per as per OEM specifications. Actual area of base coat primer work done at site shall be measured for the payments. |
| 6 | Providing and applying even shade two coats of interior grade water based emulsion paint with antifungal and antibacterial property as per OEM specifications. Bidder shall quoted rate for minimum two coats of painting. Actual area of painting done at site shall be measured for the payments. |
| 7 | Providing and applying one top coat of clear colour silicon additives based coat with antifungal and antibacterial property as per OEM specifications.Actual area of coating done at site shall be measured for the payments. |
