Supply Erection Testing and Commissioning of Early Streamer Emission (ESE) Lightning Arrester with following specification It should be made up of high-grade Stainless Steel (SS 16/SS 304) and designed to assemble with suitable GI mast of at least 5 Meter to provide maximum radius of protection. It must have advance Triggering time Delta TMinimum 60 Micro seconds with Radius of Protection – a. For Level – I Protection 79 Meters b. For Level – II Protection 86 Meters c. For Level – III Protection 97 Meters d. For Level – IV Protection 107 Meters and Tested as per NFC-17-102 2011 Annexure C / UNE-21-186-2011 . Following Paragraph C the tests must include like Marking Tests Mechanical Tests Environmental tests for Salt Mist and Humid Sulphuric atmosphere Electrical Test (voltage Withstanding Test for 10/350 Microsec waveform) Advance triggering time Delta T measurements in high voltage labs. The ESE terminal should be tested by CPRI in accordance with IEC 60-2 1989 or updated edition for the impulse current of 70KA (8/20micro sec.) with 5 positive & 5 negative impulses against wind speed >40m/ws. All the above tests must to be carried out at ENAC / ILAC approved labs like ICMET LLCOE & ITE and submit the test reports (test must be carried out with proper test sequence).
