Note : (i) The quoted rate is inclusive of Machine room bed block removal , buffer bed block removal, landing push box removal in all landings , debris removal , complete removal all metal supports / projections and keeping the lift hoistway free from obstruction and ready for new lift installation. |
| 3 | Design supply, install, testing & commissioning 08 passengers lift, speed 1 m/s, lift with single speed motor 415 volts, 3 phase, AC 50 Hz supply conforming to IS- 14665, suitable to serve G + 03 upper floors with AC Variable Voltage & Variable Frequency drive (VVVF drive) complete with all standard accessories, simplex automatic & manual dual controlled operation with/without attendant, centre opening doors with door drive (electric motor driven mechanism), sliding stainless steel doors, Automatic Rescue Device (ARD) system, 3D infra red sensor in full height of door & built in announcing system without hand set (04 Nos, one each in car, Machine room & near Ground floor landing door) complete all as specified and directed.Note :-(i) The rate quoted is inclusive of minor civil works required during erection like landing door fixing area cutting, brickwork and plastering, RCC bed block for machine fixing , Machine room slab holes cut out as per OEM\"s drawing, RCC slab in lift pit, increasing pit depth to 400 mm and any other minor civil works required for lift erection and smooth functioning as required by OEM.(ii) The rate quoted is deemed to included for comprehensive maintenance for a 2 years during DLP after completion of work.(iii) Notes give for Ser item No 46 to 51 hereafter (in ser No 52 & 53) is applicable for this item also. |

| 56 | Note for SL No: 46 to 51:-(i) Contractor shall provide comprehensive maintenance services including routine (Weekly, monthly, Bimonthly , Every three / six months, Annually),preventive, and breakdown corrective maintenance for the lifts as per OEM guidelines and statutory compliance inclusive all materials, spares,labour, testing instrument, Transportation of Materials & Parts, etc. as required and rate quoted by the tenderer includes the above.Contractor shall ensure trouble free operation of lift, which are required to be on continuous operation round the clock.Services shall cover all lift components (including electrical, mechanical, and control systems) supplied and installed by the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) or their authorized representatives.Comprehensive maintenance check list is attached in Appx -A.(ii) All parts and components fitted by contractor will be original parts or components from OEM. If original parts or components are not available, the parts or components fitted will be of equal quality and functionality of reputed brands/makes with ISI mark only, shall be used after theapproval of Engr - in- Charge. Contractor will keep sufficient Nos. of spares required for replacement during day-to-day maintenance and Breakdown/ Corrective Maintenance to avoid delay. (iii) Contractor must provide sufficient manpower including qualified technicians,supervisor(s) and helpers for carrying out theroutine (Weekly, Monthly, Bimonthly , Every three / six months, Annually maintainance ),preventive, and breakdown corrective maintenance for the lifts as per OEM guidelines , all of them shall carry identification badges during duty. (iv) Only OEM-trained or certified technicians with proper safety gear shall perform maintenance services.All maintenance, repair, and replacement activities must adhere to highest standards of workmanship and cleanliness. |
| 57 | NOTE for SL No: 46 to 51 Conte...:(v) Contractor must maintain a site logbook, which is to be produced to Engr in Charge after each service, capturing all visits, maintenance performed, and spares replaced.Contractor must provide quarterly and annual reports on lift condition, repair history, and component status to the Engr - in Charge.(vi) Load testing shall be arranged by the contractor to the Lift whenever major repairs were carried out , as and when directed by Engr-in-charge. (vii)The quoted rate shall be deemed to be included the above aspects and for consumebles such as timely topping up/replacement of gear oils,acrylic covers,fuses,copper cables,hardware like bolts,nuts,emery papers,grease,waste cotton,stationary and other miscellaneous items etc(viii) The tenderer shall submit Mou from the original manufactrer of the lift for comprehensive maintenance to undertake comprehensive maint after defects liability period directly or through ther nearest authorised/ accredited agencies services persels. MoU shall be submitted at least 6 months prior to issue of cmpletion certificate of main contract as per work order no 1.(ix) In case of the lift not working for more than 24 hours but less than 10 days , recovery will be made at the rate of Rs 2000 / day and after 10 days , recovery will be made at the rate of Rs 3000 / day (x) Obtaining and renewal of LIFT licensee shall be responsibility of the contractor andlicense fee will be borne by the contractor including arranging and assisting with annual safety tests, load testing, and obtaining necessary certifications/licenses |
