| 1 | Supply,installation, commissioning & testing of ECO friendly silent Diesel engine driven generating set against BER 250 KVA/200 KW output AC 415 volts 3 Phase 4 wire, 0.8 PF at NTP, speed 1500 RPM mounted on common base plate with flexible coupling and meeting the requirments of IS-4722/BIS -5514 specification with CPCB IV+ approved accoustic enclosure fabrictaed out CRCA sheet 2 mm thick and structual sheet metal base frame. Sound proofing of enclosure is done with high quality foam confirming to IS 8183 of 25 mm thickness and denasity 30 kg/M3 complete including PCC foundation in all respect complete as per manufactures recommendations:(a) Diesel Engine : Water cooled diesel engine of adequate capacity at 1500 RPM generally in accordance with latest BIS/IS specification, self starting including 01x12 Volts maintenance free battery of suitable capacity, charging dynamo/ alternator, air cleaner and all standard fitting/fixtures as per Manufacturing practice including. The engine shall be capable to take 10% extra overload for one hour for every 12 hours of running conforming to the environment (protection act 1986) ( 29 of 1986) and as amended vide Gazette of India notifications part -II Section -III sub section (I) dtaed 12 Jul 2004.(b) Engine Instructions Panel :All relevant information shall be displayed on a complete panel for easy monitoring of lubricant, Lub Oil temprature & pressure guages, water temprature guage, hours meter, starting switch etc & and Frequency meter (digital type) including safety automatic shut down in case of fault detection such as high water temp. low lubricattion on pressure, over speed and also including self starter alternator, cogged V belt, Fuel Tank with first fill of Lub Oil and Coolent (as applicable etc).(c) Fuel tank : In built fuel tank of adequate capacity with stop cock, drain plug and necessary fuel pipe complete as per manufactures recommendations. Fuel tank capacity not less then 12 Hours Run of DG set.(d) Alternator assembly :- Alternator assembly 250 KVA capacity AC 415/440 Volts, 3 phase 4 wire, 0.8 PF, 50 Hz, 1500 RPM, insulation class enclosure /SPDP self excited, self regulated brushless, complete with AVR with +-1% voltage regulation directly coupled to end match the above engine and confirming to relevant IS/BIS code as per latest manufacturing schedule. |
| 2 | (e) CONTROL PANEL : The standard control panel shall be built in acoustic enclosures with the following accessories complete wired with suitable size of copper cables. (i) Powder coated control panel manufactured with CRCA sheet provides.(ii) MCCB of suitable size/rating withoverload and short circuit protection.(iii) Controller which displays voltage, current , KW, PF, Frequency, hours meter & fuel level indicator etc.(iv) Indicating lamps for \"Load ON\" and \"Set Running\".(v) KWH meter electronic tamper proof didgital for 3 phase 415 volts AC unbalanced load of suitable capacity.(vi) Water temprature & Oil pressure guage.(vii) One set of indicator LED lamps RYB.(viii) AMF: The panel on microprocessor based type shall be with AMF controller suitable to start the engine on main failure after 10-15 second delay and to switch off engine only after 60-90 seconds after the main supply restored. The MAF controller shall have under/over voltage, overload protection, coolent temp cut off, fuel control upto 10% tank capacity. The panel shall also have one automatic change over switch of suitable size /capacity to bypass main supply when the AMF control becomes defective.Note :-The Gen set must be affixed with label meeting the following requirments. (The label shall be durable and legible).(i) Name and address of the engine manufacturer.(ii) Statement that this engine confirms to the environment protection.(iii) Type and approval certificate number.(iv) Date of manufacture of Gen set. |
| 3 | (f) ACCOUSTIC ENCLOSURE:Accoustic enclosure is made out of CRCA sheet 2 mm and ISMC base frame painted. The walls of enclosures will be insulated in compact, modular construction and sleek design withlow noise level 75 dBA at a distance of 1 mtrs from Canopy in free field conditions. The wall of enclosure will be insulated as per manufacture\"s recommendations with the following:-(i) Fitting arrangemnt (ii) Point for neutral and body earthing.(iii) Lub oil drainage.(iv) Easy stop push button(v) Panel meter viewing window.(vi) Tube light fitting of suitable wattage inside the canopy. (vii) Soundproof, weather proof and environment friendly silent set.(viii) Attenuators are placed in the hot air outlet and cooling air inlet.(ix) Residential type exhaust silencer is mounted on the enclosure.Note:- (a) DG set should be sound proof as per CPCBIV+ latest policy. (b) First filling of Engine Oil and Fuel etc should be arranged by the contractor without any extra cost. (c) One nos 12Vx 250 AH Maintenance free batteries or as recommended OEM.(d) Foundation for mounting of DG set shall be provided as per design of OEM and with working space all around not less then 0.6 mtr within overall cost quoted. (e) Pre-commissioning testing shall be carried out by rep of AO with in overall cost quoted before completion of work.(f)POL & load for testing of 12 Hours shall be arranged by contractor within overall cost quoted.(g) Taking down/existing DG set from site & shifting to TOP-II/yard power house or as per direct by Engr-in-Charge without any extra cost.(h) Any other item which is required for efficient functioning of DG set deemed to be included in the quoted rate. |

| 5 | M&L for replacement of earthing complete with galvanized iron or steel plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6.00 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically in pit of depth not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level surrounded from all sides with mixture of charcoal andcommon salt in alternate layers and electrode connected to galvanized iron strip 32 x 6 mm dia as earthing lead by means of GI bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers, earth strip protected by galvanized steel pipe 40 mm bore (light grade) connected to machinery/ equipment all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR-2010 Part I and including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, 20mm bore light grade GI pipe for watering, funnel, wire mesh, PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 chamber, MS cover of thickness 5mm openable type and having suitable locking arrangement complete all as specified. | 7 | Supply Install, testing and commissioning LT Distribution board (CPRI Approved) vertical type IP-43 wall mounted, indoor typefactory fabricatedmade out of 2mm thick CRCA sheet outer & 2mm thick CRCA sheet inner of suitable size to accommodate all accessories/ fittings compartmentalized in construction to accommodate the incoming MCCB and TPN bus bars and outgoing feeders. The TPN bus bars shall be insulated with colour coated heat shrinkable sleeve and shall be mounted on DMC supports. The incoming as well as outgoing MCCBs shall have extension links of current carrying cap not less than 1.5 times the rated capacity of individual feeders. The extension links shall be supported on DMC and having provision for termination of incoming and outgoing cables. All extension links/ interconnections shall colour coated sleeves.A detachable gland plate of thickness not less than 3 mm thick should be used at the bottom for entry of armoured cable of adequate size compression glands, the panel shall be painted with powder coated finish with RAL 7032 SIEMENS GRAY Structure after seven tank phosphate treatment , front & back opening type, and fixing 2 Nos danger notice plate with letter , figures and conventional skull bones in signal red colour and fixed front of distribution board with voltage and danger indicated in Hindi and English with double door shutter and shall have louvers and air vent gasket for natural flow of air Neoprene adhesive type gasket shall be used to make panel vermin proof and comprising of following :-(a) Aluminium Bus bar for 3 phase 4 wire system of 4X 150 A rated insulated copper strip mounted on resin cast insulator in independent compartment having front openable shutterand proper finshing as per existing surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr- in- Charge.Note:- (i) Incoming : MCCB 04 Pole 18 KA, 125 Amp,415 Volts,fixed thermal & magnetic release (Qty - 01 Nos)(ii) Aluminiumbus bar suitable size 3 phase, 4 wire 150 Amp,415 V, duly insulated - set of 4(iii) Outgoing - MCB TPN 40 Amp415 volt -04 nos(iv) Indicating lamp (RYB)LED Type - set of 3 |

| 13 | M & L for sub main wiring with 1100 volt grade two single core FRLS Wire PVC insulated and unsheathed cable with stranded copper conductor 6 sqmm drawn into and including electrical grade PVC conduit not less than 25 mm dia with IS 9537 (Part-III) 1983 mark, or relevant ISI mark with all accessories fixed concealed including chase cutting in brick/ stone masonry for fixing conduit and making good the disturb surfaces of wall as per existing including 10 sqmm multi - stranded copper conductor as earth wire in green colour complete all as specified and directed. Including taking down old unserviceable sub main wiring. NOTE: Three runs of 06 sqmm PVC FRLS multi stranded copper cable wire and One run of 06 sqmm PVC FRLS multi stranded copper cable earth wire and One run (01 meter) PVC conduit of suitable size ISI mark will be measured and one unit length. |
