Demolition of concrete in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating over areas n.exc 1.5m deep and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for providing cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1(using 20mm graded stone aggregate)as in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for use and waste of timber as in formwork to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attached pilasters, buttresses etc; vertical or to batter in rough finished surfcaes complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PVC (SWR) pipes of 110mm dia in single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rendering 10mm thick in CM (1:4) finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for extra for forming fair finished drain or channel exc 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitred/ stopped ends etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point all as specified and as directed.
