To perform such services and execute such works upon the terms and conditions contained in and also those referred to the aforesaid documents and upon the conditions herein after and also those referred to as may be amended and as are enumerated in the aforesiad MES Schedule during the period of 11 (Eleven) Monthfrom the date of acceptance of this contract or from the date given in acceptance letter at the rates contained in MES Standard Schedule of Rates 2020 Part-II including errata and amendments issued upto acceptance of this tender subject to contractors quoted percentage (above or below) as given in BOQ

Note:(i)Tenderer shall insert percentage rate at the 16th row and column \"F\" of this BOQ Excel sheet.(ii) Tenderer shall refer and select the option Excess (+) or less (-) available at the 16th row and column \"E\" of this BOQ Excel sheet to quote the percentage above/below MES Standard Schedule of Rates 2020 (Part-II).(iii) If 0 (Zero) percentage is offered the rate shall be reckoned as net (at par) with SSR(iv)If no percentage is offered the tender shall be considered as BLANK(v) Amount inserted by MES under estimated rate/amount column and the total amount reflected at this page is a rough guidance and for reference only.The total work orders for various works/services however shall be placed during the contract period within this estimated amount.The work/services shall be ordered by Engineer-in-Charge through separate work orders as per requirement to be priced at MES Standard Schedule of Rates 2020 (Part-II) duly adjusted by percentage quoted by the contractor.
