M&L for Preparing of existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt/dust etc and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous tack coat with catonic bitumen emulsion of grade RS-1 pressure sprayer @ 5 kg/10 Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L premix bituminous, macadam laid rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber, binder content 4 % of binder content by weight of total mix using paving bitumen VG-30 laid, rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber with 8 to 10 tonne capacity power roller by using mechanical paver complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for premixed Semi Dense Asphaltic Concrete 30 mm thick consolidated thickness with VG-30 (paving bitumen) ( min marshall stability 820 kg) laid in single layer with min 5.5% binder content and min 2 % cement filler mix of total mix, combined grading and mix proportion should be ascertained as per IRC:111-2009 and should be used for execution after obtaining design mix / job formula from approved lab/ CTL. Mix to be prepared through hot mix plant and laying to bedone using sensor paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient using 8 -12 tonne vibratory rollercomplete all as specified and directed.Note - Before execution of design mix/ job mix formula should be approved by GE after verifying credentials of report obtained.

M&L for marking 2.0 mm thick center line stop line, side line etc on roads as per IRC pattern with thermoplastic paint of approved quality and made with 8% glass beads laid on the road surface at temperature 60 degree centigrade with special applicator machine with and including traffic diversion arrangement complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying microsurfacing course, comprising of dry fine aggregates conforming TYPE-II grading (4 to 6 MM) of specification as per IRC: SP-81-2008, polymer /latex modified cationic bitumen emulsion, Ordinary Portland cement as filler, chemical 1 additives and water, including proportioning, mixing and laying of microsurfacing coarse using mechanised machine and laying unit all complete as per IRC SP-81 and MORTH specifications complete all as specified and directed.
