Supply and replacement of guide bar Teflon blocks with all accessories for smooth travel of gates for TDG/BDG system.

Repair and reconditioning of TGD/BDG double acting cylinders duly cleaning the barrel, proper chroming of the rams, supply and replacement of original seal kits, arranging bellow for missing cylinders etc. and pressure testing of cylinders.

Supply, fabrication and fixing of 6MM MS chequered plate on pre weigh hopper and painting as per the existing dimensions and system.

Supply, fabrication and fixing of supporting structures and strengthening the same with I-beams, C-channels and Angles for holding of chequered plate in pre weigh hopper and painting of erected structures

Supply fabrication and fixing of 12MM SS liner plates with suitable fasteners as per the existing dimensions wherever required inside the hopper chutes.

Supply and installation of 25 mm hydraulic hoses for TDG/BDG and swing chute with required lengths to suitable for the existing working pressureTDG

All hydraulic oil leakages in the system to be cleaned and arrested by replacing the seals, O-rings for TGD manifolds, BDG manifolds, power pack area, pumps etc. and replacement of pressure gauges wherever required in the system
