| 2 | Providing and laying in position cement concrete in specified grade over prepared base course complete including finishing, curing, all material, labour, machinery, lighting, guarding for road restoration work in trenches of pipe line and chamber work. Measurement for CC work to be made as per standard trench width specified in tender document and no extra payment shall be made be made for trench width more than specified, complete work as per technical specification and scope of work. |

| 4 | Repair to damaged RCC slabs, beams and columns etc for strengthening with cement mortar 1 : 2 in following steps :- |
| 5 | Choping losse and cracked concrete to required depth, cleaning the exposed surface of steel and concrete with wire brush and sand papering , cleaning of concrete surface with water as necessary and getting dried. |
| 6 | Applying Epoxy primer on the exposed steel bars. |
| 7 | Applying Epoxy hardener and resin mix (as per manufectured\"s specification) on concrete and steel bars with brush. |
| 8 | Speading dry cement mortar 1 : 2 mix over epoxy treated wet surface and allow it to dry for one day. |
| 9 | Plastering the surface with cement sand mortar 1 : 3 upto depth of 30mm complete. |
| 10 | Cure the plastered surface for 15 days, All work including scaffolding etc. complete in all respect. |
| 11 | Extra for providing and mixing water proofing material in cement plaster work in proportion recommended by the manufacturers. |
| 12 | Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture and or required shade to give an even shade including all scaffolding: |
| 13 | New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm). |
| 14 | Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting (height upto 10 m) , fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete: |
| 15 | Cement plaster 1:3 under old stone slabs with admixture (gur,nails,binding wire to mesh and scraping scales & dressing joints of slabs complete. |
| 16 | Proofing upto 25 mm thickness. |
| 17 | Supply and fixing in cement mortar welded hand railing made out of MS round or square bars, flats etc. for staircase or verandah as per design complete in all respect (wooden or PVC hand railing to be paid extra) with priming coat of red oxide. |
| 18 | Supplying and fixing fixed wire gauge of 14 mesh x 24 gauge to the metal frame of rolled section by metal beading 20x3mm with suitable screw at not exceeding 150mm distance. |
