Bids Are Invited For Collection & preparation of samples of water in each shift (Morning, Evening & Night) and other associated work in Express Lab of 3x210 MW, ‘A’ TPS, Anpara (3 jobs per day) , Preparation of Hydrazine Hydrate, Ammonia and Tri Sodium phosphate solution at 17 Meter level of Unit I/II/III of ‘A’ TPS, Anpara per day and other associated work , Collection & preparation of samples of Coal, Oil & H2 gas in each shift and other associated work in respective Labs of 3 x 210 MW, ‘A’ TPS, Anpara. (1 man in each lab) , To help in the work of closing/opening of various types of valves/ drain and other works required in operation of 3x210 MW Units at different elevation from -4 M to 54 M in shift duties at time of unit tripping, S/D or any emergency as per requirement of site, Work of “To help in the work of closing/opening of various types of valves/ drain, Operation of Clariflocculator Bridge and dosing of chemical like PAC and shifting of chemicals from chemical store to dosing tanks and to raw water channel for daily dosing and up keeping of associated solution dosing tanks & other works required in operation of P.T. Plant No. I /II in shift duties as per requirement of site. , Works of up keeping of auxiliaries etc. at P.T. Plant No. I/II ATPS,Up keeping of office of AE/JE(O) water system, adjacent to 6.6 KV switches gear room &approach path near PT Plant, Up keeping of area of ground/Ist floor, foundation, floors, clariflocculator tanks, roof of chemical dosing house platform ramps, stairs, chemical store room, Jala removal, dust removal of outer surface of pumps & M/c and associated toilets of PT-I , Works of up keeping of auxiliaries etc. at P.T. Plant No. I/II ATPS,Upkeeping of office of AE/JE (O) water system, adjacent to 6.6 KV switches gear room &approach path near PT Plant, Up keeping of area of ground/Ist floor, foundation, floors, clariflocculator tanks, roof of chemical dosing house platform ramps, stairs, chemical store room, Jala removal, dust removal of outer surface of pumps & M/c and associated toilets of PT-II , Work at P.T. Plant No. I&II Work of removal of sludge, mud, fungus, moss, algae etc. floating on the surface of water near peripheral launder and water channel and telescopic sludge pit of clariflocculator Water tanks at P.T. plant No. I &II , Work at P.T. Plant No. I&II Complete over hauling of bridge drive roller along with gearbox, rollers and chain driver sprocket & gear arrangement. , Complete overhauling of Flocculator bridge agitator along with gear box male / Female supporting rollers etc. , Repairing of complete M.S. scrapper system , Replacement /repairing /over-hauling of valves size 25 mm to 350 mm. , Repairing/ attending break down of PAC dosing pumps at PTI &PT-II , Valves/drain valves situated at clarified water tank.(One job per valve) , Annual cleaning of clariflocculator tanks at different zones of its associated tanks &water channel etc.P.T. Plant No. I , Annual cleaning of clariflocculator tanks at different zones of its associated tanks &water channel etc.P.T. Plant No. II , Annual cleaning/ removal of sludge, mud, fungus, moss, algae etc of Clarified water tank situated at PT-1 , Up keeping of gutter or existing drains of water at P.T. Plant No.I & P.T. Plant No .II (one job per months) , Cutting of grass, plants, herbs, shrubs etc. to clear the surrounded area of clariflocculator tanks in 3 mtr. radial distance up to front side near road. At PT-I / PT-II (One Job in 4 months , Painting of lower parts of steel structures which remain into water of clariflocculator bridge drive system.P.T. plant-I , Painting of lower parts of steel structures which remain into water of clariflocculator bridge drive system.P.T. plant-II, Painting of upper parts of steel structures which remain above the water of clariflocculator bridge drive system P.T. plant-I , Painting of upper parts of steel structures which remain above the water of clariflocculator bridge drive system P.T. plant-II , All pipe trenches of DM Plant building, CW & FW tanks. , Up keeping & water washing of ground floor area, cation, anion, mixed bed sodium sulphate, bridge tank degassed water pump area, caustic soda (lye) storage tank, acid storage tank area & regeneration tank area etc. of DM plant , Up keeping, sweeping & moping of ground floor, Ist floor including all labs and associated toilets, up keeping & water washing of ground around the building with in fencing at DM plant as per scope of work , Up keeping & removal of coal dust, chemical from air blower filter cover, surface of all equipment of neutralizing shed, regeneration shed, water washing of acid unloading plate form of acid tank, pipe trenches inside & outside the DM plant building etc. as per scope of work., Cleaning & removal of mud from the existing clarified water tanks, filter water tank, degassed water tank (02 No each) & its disposal from pump site at DM plant as per scope of work (once in six months) , Cleaning & sweeping of roof of clarified water pump, filter water tank & degassed water tank (once in one month) Total Quantity : 19358
