| 4 | Supplying and fixing 30mm thick Solid panel PVC door shutter consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes of 19-gauge thickness and size of 19mm x 19mm for stiles, & 15mm x 15mm for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall have a coat of steel primers of approved make and manufacture. M.S. frame shall be covered with 5mm thick heat moulded PVC ‘C’ channel of size 30 x 50mm forming stiles, and 5mm thick, 75mm wide PVC sheets fortop rail, lock rail & bottom rail on eitherside, and 10mm (5mm x 2) thick, 20mm widecross PVC sheet as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail. Panelling of 5mm thick PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with 30mm wide x 5mm thick PVC sheet beading on either side, and joined together with solvent cement adhesive etc. An additional 5mm thick PVC strip of 20mm width is to be stuck on the interior side of the ‘C’ Channel using PVC solvent adhesive. Complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, manufacturer’s specification & drawing for finished item of work.including partitions for WC, Urinals and also for ventilators with embedding the design as suggested by the department officials. |

| 8 | Filling the low level area around 1st well area including sides and the portion between 1st well and emergency vehicles ramp with natural rough boulders of varying sizes and gravel to prevent water stagnation and odor nuisance. The filling shall be carried out in layers to a total compacted thickness of 300mm, comprising mixing of thick layers of natural rough boulders and gravel layer above, with each layer properly watered and compacted using an 8-ton roller etc. The work shall facilitate effective drainage, prevent water percolation toward the fort walls and protect the structure from deterioration or instability due to prolonged moisture and heavy rain fall. The item includes cost of all material, labour charges, machinery, watering charges, compaction and all applicable taxes etc. complete and as per the directions of department officials. |
