Item No. B : Conservation and strengthening by retrofitting and re-plastering the west side facing monolithic basalt stone pillar of dome at the top of South-east corner minaret of Bibi-Ka-MaqbaraItem No. B1 :- Conservation and strengthening of highly eroded and vertically splitted monolithic black basalt stone pillar of minaret\"s dome and it\"s pedestal with utmost care by duly removing the small chunks trapped in cracks, thoroughly raking top and bottom joints, cleaning, realigning, grouting by injecting epoxy ingredients or/and Lime mortar, surface leveling, providing stainless steel of grade-304 jali, dowel pins, staples, clamps at various locations, nuts and bolts, screws nails, wires (and helibars if required) etc. for retrofitting and jacketing. SS Pins, staples and clamps to be fitted with epoxy and if possible in molten lead on horizontal surface. After retrofitting and jacketing work the pillar (whose levelled surface already pebble-dashed on epoxy material jacketing for anchoring upcoming lime plaster) will have to be plastered in mortar having Lime 1 part: Surkhi 1 part: River sand 1 part ratio along with traditional ingredients like jaggery (Gud) apple-wood pulp (Bel), gum (Gond), glue (Siras), Chebulic Myrobalan (Harad), udad dal, fenugreek (Methi seeds), Commiphora Mukul (Guggal) as per existing ornamental design and pattern matching with the other pillars of Chhatri etc. complete including all tools and tackle. The entire works materials is to be transferred manually upto the top of minaret having height of 40 Mtrs from ground level with utmost care by taking all necessary measures to avoid any untoward incident etc. complete as directed. (Number of damaged stone pillar of minaret\"s dome and it\"s pedestal = 2 Nos.) Periphery of damaged monolithic basalt stone pillar of dome at the top of South-east corner minaret = 1.10 mtr. Height of damaged monolithic basalt stone pillar of dome at the top of South-east corner minaret = 1.15 mtr Pedestal of vertical pillars = 2.00 mtr periphery of pedestal and 0.40 mtr height of pedestal.

Item No. B2 :- Providing lime plaster in mortar having Lime 1 part: Surkhi 1 part: River sand 1 part ratio along with traditional ingredients like jaggery (Gud) apple-wood pulp (Bel), gum (Gond), glue (Siras), Chebulic Myrobalan (Harad), udad dal, fenugreek (Methi seeds), Commiphora Mukul (Guggal) as per existing pattern of the soffit of dome over the arches wherever the ashlar masonry has been exposed. The entire work’s materials is to be transferred manually upto the top of minaret having height of 40 Mtrs from ground level with utmost care taking all safety measures to avoid any untoward incident etc. complete as directed. (Number of damaged stone pillar of minaret\"s dome and it\"s pedestal = 2 Nos.) Periphery of damaged monolithic basalt stone pillar of dome at the top of South-east corner minaret = 1.10 mtr.
