| 1 | Repair and Maintenance of carpentry works (Wooden/ Aluminum/ Steel) such as repair of doors, windows, furnitures, door closures, locks, glass panes, partitions, fixing of fittings and fixtures, drilling holes etc., and any other similar nature of complaints received from industrial and office areasin plant site by engaging minimum required carpenters includingall tools and tackles etc., to complete the jobs of above nature and the materials will be supplied by the department (free of cost) as per requirements, at all locations as instructed by the Engineer-In-Charge Note: 1) Each lot consists of eight hours duty. |
| 2 | Repair and Maintenance ofPlumbing and sanitary works such as repairs/ leakges of water supply GI/ CI pipe lines, repair/ replacement of push cocks, pillar taps, bib taps, angle cock, stop cocks, bottle traps, flushingcisternsand accessories, float valves, Nahani trap, gate valves, sanitary pipe fittings etc., to keep them in serviceable conditions and any other similar nature of complaints received fromindustrial and office areasin plant site by engaging minimum required plumbers includingall tools and tackles etc., to complete the jobs of above nature and the materials will be supplied by the department (free of cost) as per requirements, at all locations as instructed by the Engineer-In-Charge Note: 1) Each lot consists of eight hours duty. |
| 3 | Repair and Maintenance of masonary works such as repairs to plastering, pointing, minor repairs like path ways, drains, masonry walls, Brick/RR works, PCC/ RCC works, tree guards/ gaddi etc., and to keep it in good conditions, fixing of fan hooks, clamps etc and any other similar nature of complaints received fromindustrial and office areasin plant site by engaging minimum required masons includingall tools and tackles etc., to complete the jobs of above nature and the materials will be supplied by the department (free of cost) as per requirements, at all locations as instructed by the Engineer-In-Charge Note: 1) Each lot consists of eight hours duty. |
| 4 | Assisting in Repair and Maintenance of Masonary/ Carpentry/ Plumbing works and other miscellaneous maintenance works by engaging minimum required unskilled workers in plant areas.etc., as directed by Engineer-in-Charge includingall toolsand tackles etc., required to complete the jobs of above nature.Note: 1) Each lot consists of eight hours duty. |
| 5 | Supplying and stacking of the following material to inside the plant boundary and when required all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer. |
| 6 | Ordinary Portland Cement 43 Grade of 50 kg bags conforming to IS 8112: 1989 of approved manufacturer. |
| 7 | Non-Shrink Cementitious Micro-Concrete of 25 kg bags of approved manufacturer Sika/ FOSROC/equivalent. |
| 8 | Non-shrink cement grout of 200 grams bag of approved brand manufaturer FOSROC - CEBEX or equivalent grouting. |
| 9 | Coarse river sand (Zone-II) of approved quality. |
| 10 | Crushed Stone Aggregate of 20 mm/12.5 mm/06 mm nominal size. |
| 11 | Fly ash bricks conforming to I.S. 12894 class designation7.5.Note: Brick Size - 230mm x 110mm x 75mm |
