Boxing up all Manholes/ Covers at top and bottom of Evaporator body after fixing Dome/Umbrella inside the body. Work includes cleaning faces of flanges, dummies preparation of gasket, tightening dome/umbrella/covers with bots ensuring leak proof joints.

Blinding of Tubes in the effect of L & T Evaporator, Alfa Laval Evaporator and preheaters and L&TFinisher. Work includes suiting the plugs to the inside diamter of evaporator tubes , inserting & welding inside the tubes. Both ends of the tubes are to be plugged and welded.
