As per Performance Obligation. the contractor shall maintain minimum Capacity Utilisation Factor (CUF) of 15%. The succsesfull bidder shall rectify the defects within 45 days of acceptance of the work order in the both the solar power plants such that minimum capacity utlisation factor (CUF)of 15% forplants is maintained.2. The Contractor shall ensure the plant availability upto 99%. However, the plant availability due to grid outages will be considered only if the same are certified by the competent authority/ GE. Any other outages which are not attributable to the Contractor and are certified by Department may also be considered. 3. Linear degradation of the module output (i.e., 0.75% of DC capacity at Std temp Condition per year) shall be considered for the calculation of CUF every year.4. The contractor shall perform periodic overhauls and preventive maintenance required for the plant. |
| 6 | 5. In order to optimise the useful life of equipment of solar power plant , the contractor shall carry out necessary routine , breakdown and preventive maintenance.6. The contractor shall carry out the performance monitoring for the plant facility on continuous basis and in case of any deviation contractor shall perform the due diligence appropriately to find out the actual root cause of such deviation. any test or spection required such as thermal imaging, current voltage (IV) characterstics test, PTC to analysis such deviation will be the responsibility of the contractor thereafter corrective action reuired to mitigate such deviation shall be undertaken by the the contractor without any additional cost.7. The safety, record keeping, coordination, data access, statuary and legel compliances, joint meter reading, spare shall also be the contractor responsibility 8. The contractor shall prepare the intial annual maintenance plan for the plant facility and shall indicate the propose resources ( tools, material and tackles) that would be deployed for Plant Annual maintenance contract (AMC) .9. The contractor has to arranged and used the madatory spare available at site for replacing defective parts of equipment for minimising system outage temporarely and top of the quantity of spare so that the required quantity of spares shall be made available at site at all the time during Annual maintenance contract (AMC) 10. As per site requirement contractor will be managed to brought T&P and Testing equipments at site for make function of Solar Plant during Annual maintenance contract (AMC). |
| 7 | 11. The contractor shall have to purchase LEVEL- I AMC plan for Inverter - 06 Nos from ABB within overall quoted rates.12. Checking electrical parameter of the installed power plant.13. Repair and replacement of defective power condition units(PCU)/Inverters /String invertor with maximumpower point tracker/Tracking (MPPT) feature,cable and other electrical works shall be included in the Quoted Cost.14. Cost of equipment and spare parts which required for the performance and efficiency of Solar plant shall be included in the quoted Cost during annual maintenance contract (AMC) Period.15. The Contractor need tomaintain the Plant in accordance with the provisions of the Procedures and Good Industry Practices.16. Contractor shall observe and strictly comply with the Applicable Laws for the maintenanceof the Plant in accordancewith the provisions of IE/IS17. Measurement & monitoring of any systems disturbance/Outage and any unusual conditions found during annual maintenance contract(AMC) 18. The Contractor shall be responsible for ensuring smooth operations of all components.To inspect and maintain periodically the plant equipment as per the preventive and curative maintenance schedule in each month and maintain record and submitted to engr-in-charge. Spares such as MCB,MCCBs,Fuses,DC Fuses,Al cards such as input/output Card ,power supply card ,processor card ,PV Modules, Glands,lugs,MC4 connectors,tie connectors,clamps,cable Ties and all other consumables/spares which are required for uninterrupted Operations of the Plant should be kept readily available atSite . The quoted rate include cost of the all such items reqd in rate quoted for Item No 1. |
| 8 | 19. The Contractor shall provide an inventory reportitems consumedto the departmment on a monthly basis.20. The Contractor has to arrange and use the mandatory spares(s)available at site for replacing defective part(s) of equipment for minimizing system outage temporarily and top up the quantity of spares so that the required quantity of spares shall be made available at site at all times during Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC). 21. Earthing Register has to be maintained by the Contractor.The earthing values of all Earting of LA and Solar Earthing is mandatory and any earthing material required to recharge of the earth pit shall be borne by the Contractor. The cost of New Earthing alongwith connected accessories like earthing strip,excavation etc if required to executed at site is deemed to be incl in the quoted rates, if the Earthing Value comes to be more than 3 Ohm .The Contractor has to recharge and make good the earthing value.If required he has to execute new earth pit at no extra cost to the department .In case of Non compliance a penalty of Rs 500 Per day per earthing shall be levied .And the same shall be recovered from his Payment. 22. The Contractor shall perform the services in relation to the Plant in accordance with the safety manageement plans.SOPs and procedures as applicable and/or in accordance with accepted industry practise.The Contractor shall adhere to the health and safety standard. In this respect the Department shall not be liable for any accidents or untoward events. |

The Contractor,for any major equipment fail such as Inverters/Solar Module/ACDB/VCB/RMU/Transformer/SCADA System/Sensors/SMCs/Cables/HT-Breaker/UPS/ABT Electric meter/Submersible pump set/fire fighting equipment shall repair/replaced the equipment on free of cost basis.
