Taking down old unserviceable air conditioner and deep freezer complete unit and transporting & handing over carefully to MES store complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and install hi wall split unit 1.5 TR indoor/ outdoor complete with cordless remote control unit and with inbuilt air ioniser for better indoor air quality with minimum 5 star rating inverter type and R-32 5200 watts, BLDC compressor, Anti bacterial filter, copper condensing coil, BERE : OSEER 5.0 w/w complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Note : Contractor shall need to submit5 years guarantee bond against the performance and efficiency of compressor and PCB board of the Split AC supplied and shall ensure receipt of buyback warranty on compressor & PCB board from the manufacturer.

Supply and installing Deep freezer with glass top of storage capacity of320litre capacity having single door with energy rating 5 star, anti corrosive pre coated bodycomplete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down old metal box and supply and fixing of metal clad socket single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB 20 amps 230 volts complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing switch socket combination 2in1, 3Pin, 6 and 16 amps flush universal typecomplete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking out old sub main wiring and sub main wiringcomplete with 2 X 6 Sqmm single core FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed cable 1100 volts grade with multistranded copper conductor drawn through PVC conduit/ casing caping and conduit accessories fixed on surface of wall / wall/ ceiling etc using clamps/saddles including 1 X 6 Sqmm of PVC FRLS copper conductor for earth continuitycomplete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking out MCB and Supply and fixing MCB single pole and neutral 32 amps, 240 voltscomplete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 40mm bore low density polyethylene pipe (LDPE) of pressure rating 6kgf/cm2 fixed complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
