| 5 | Cement based wall putty : Supply and applying one coatof white cement based wall putty of approve make over previously painted surfaces at all elevations where ever required as directed by Engineer in Charge after cleaning / scrubbing of the surfaces with wire brushes, soft brushes, sand papers, steel sheet scrappers and mechanical grinder etc. for removing all kind of burrs, imperfections,in the surface including the cost of materials, scaffolding upto 20m height labour etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 6 | PU External Painting confirming to PC-E-615: Providing and applying in single coat polyurethane paint of approved make on previously painted exterior wall surfaces at all elevations as decided by engineer, including surface cleaning, scaffoldingupto 24m height spreading of suitable clean protection covering on all exposed surfaces to protect them from staining. All surfaces surrounding to painted area such as door & window frames, glass panels, electrical fittings, switch board, floors, skirting, platform etc. shall be cleaned to sparkling clean condition as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. |

| 29 | Supply and application of self levelling floor topping in a single layer to acheive the desired thickness on concrete floorsafter preparing the surface in the specified manner by removing old paint coating of all thickness and types, smoothening the surface with the use of all suitable means including machine grinding, scrapping and sand-papering etc. filling the dents,undulations and cracks with the use of epoxy-sand mortar etc. and application of suitable epoxy primer in coats as per manufacturer\"s guideline/ instructions and procedure. The scope of item includes use of cleaning chemicals for cleaning surrounding surfaces either old stained or freshly stained to sparkling clean condition. Laying of Epoxy Self Levelling floor topping shall be got done through the authorized applicator of the manufacturer : 4 mm thick. |
