The rates quoted above are as per the wages fixed by the Department of Labour & Employment of Himachal Pradesh currently in force and subject to revision from time to time by the H.P. Government. 2. Income Tax will be deducted at source.3. Employer share of EPF, ESI, EDLI etc. will be paid as per the actual and as applicable on production of proof as per Minimum Wages Act. Service provider will ensure to deposit EPF, ESI, EDLI etc. as per statutory requirements from time to time.4. The Tenderer shall also upload breakup of Service Charges quoted against Column \"5\" above in .pdf format alongwith BoQ as per Annexure-H.6. The service charge must not be quoted as negative or zero. The Service Charges should be quoted as excluding GST, GST shall be payable as applicable from time to time.
