Supplying and commissioning of Portable Security Cabin of size 1800mm X 1800mm X 2400mm of approved colour, made up of Sandwich panels with Fibre-reinforced plastic (FRP) skins on both sides and Polyurethane foam (PUF) between. The cabin wall composed of2mm thick FRP outer skin and 0.8 to 1mm thick FRP inner skin, in between polyurethane material is inserted. Overall thickness of the wall should be 30 to 50mm. The work includes providing 17/18mm thick moulded FRP door of size 850mm x 1850mm with Stainless Steelhinges, handles and locking system, providingpowder coated aluminum sliding windows of size 1000mm x 1000mmon three sides of the cabin with rain protection of minimum 600mm and also the roof should be extended upto 600 -800mm towards front side to prevent splashing of rain water into the cabin, providing flooring with 18mm thick Fiberglass Reinforced Plywood Panels finshed with 1 to 1.5mm thick vinly flooring. The Cabin should be erected on mild steel framework with anti corrosion coating. The cabin base should be 150mm above ground level.The work includes providing wall mounted fan, LED light fixures, Telephone sockets, plug points, mini workbench with chair and storage cabinets. The rates should be inclusive of loading and unloading charges, transportation charges, and installation charges.
