Providing and fixing GI barbed wire fencing (9 horizontal lines with 2 cross lines) on top of existing laterite wall using 50×50×5 mm GI L angle posts 1.3 m height( 30 cm embedded in concrete) fixed at 2.4 m c/c, grouted in 1:2:4 PCC, with 12×14 SWG GI barbed wire conforming to IS:278, tied with 16 SWG GI wire, including cutting, welding, painting with two coats of zinc chromate primer and one coat of aluminium paint, fixing of straining posts at corners, ends and every 15–20 m interval, and all materials, labour and conveyance complete.

Making. Supplying and fixing MS grill (1.9 x 1.8 M) on the existing well made of 25×25×3 mm MS angle frame with 10 mm MS bars @ 100 mm c/c spacing horizontally and vertically, including small hinged opening (0.75 × 0.75 m), welding, grinding, one coat of primer, and all labour, materials, and handling, etc., complete.

Repairing damaged surfaces on the western and eastern sides of the compound wall of the monument filling the holes with laterite stone with the standard stone size 29 x 24 x 20 cm . The work includes cleaning the surface, grouting/ cavity and cracks, filling laterite stone in the voids wherever required, compacting, pointing and finishing, complete in accordance with restoration best practice.

carefully dismantling/chipping out the damaged brickjelly concrete weathering course from surface upto 10 cm from North east side and South east side of the bastion and disposing the debris away from the monument and applying water tightening treatment over the top surface of bastions using brick jelly lime concrete ratio of 1:2:4. The work includes surface preparation, levelling, compacting, lime mortar application, crack filling , curing, and finishing complete including material charges labour charges etc., complete as per the direction of the site in charge.

Providing and applying lime mortar plaster in proportion 1:1:1 (Lime : Surkhi : Sand) on top surface, in 20 mm thickness including surface preparation, proper mixing of materials as per traditional conservation practices, application in uniform thickness, thorough curing for a minimum of 7 to 14 days, and final finishing complete in all respects. The work includes pointing wherever required, using same mortar mix and matching original texture and color, in line with conservation norms and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. All tools, materials, labour, and scaffolding as required shall be included.
